Don't buy a Neff oven – I have a Neff oven which, I have been told by Neff that every time I use it (the inside of the door always becomes soiled), that I need to take the oven door off, take it apart to clean, re-assemble and then replace it. It is not an easy task, and is time consuming. I should have kept my old oven, the door didn't get soiled internally. Be warned.
Baking up a storm! – We recently purchased this product and had it installed in to our new home. What a delight it has been from the slide and hide oven door to the fabulous and fast heat times. I have found a new, revived desire to bake and roast and have consequently been pouring over the recipe books I tend to collect everywhere. Totally blown away – I love this oven.... The door that slides beneath on opening is such a help no more burnt hands especially with the pull out racks. The oven has an easy program selection " my pastry has never been better"... The instruction book is so helpful and the after service from Neff is great. to answer questions. Never had a failure with any type of cooking and as a bonus the steam assist was an unexpected surprise I discovered after purchase. Best of pyrolytic cleaning returns a dirty oven to prisitne clean with no effort whats not to like .

easy for our tradesperson to fit and I was very excited to use the steam function. There is a button which you press on the top options panel which makes the water compartment pop out and it is easily filled from the mains tap. Food cooked with the steam function really does taste better and the texture is so much better as it doesn't dry out, so this is definitely worth paying more for. As it's a vario steam oven you don't have to use the steam function, and it is perfectly good to use without it too. Cakes as well as other meals are cooked evenly with the fan oven option and I've found it to be a great all rounder. I would definitely go for this oven again if I had to in the future. Controls are easy to understand and use, and it does have a wide variety of settings. When setting the timer you have to remember to press the "play" button or it doesn't switch on! I did forget a few times, but have got used to that now. The oven is easy to clean. The oven shelves slide out and fit well on the top rack of the dishwasher so I put them in there once or twice a week to keep them shiny and new. The oven interior is mainly self cleaning but the other parts are easy to wipe down. With the steam oven function I don't think it gets as dirty as a normal oven as the water keeps it moist and grease doesn't stick to the sides. Lastly, I must say the oven looks good. It is sleek and the digital panel/clock layout is smart. I would highly recommend the Neff Vario Steam range of ovens. I think they do other pricier models but this one fits my family's needs perfectly.
We love our Neff Vario Steam oven – We are now cooking in our new Neff Vario Steam oven and we LOVE it to bake and find the different settings amazing. The steam is great for pastry and the meat probe takes all the guess work out of cooking all the different meats. The evenness of the heat in the oven really helps the cooking. Couldn't be happier. great job. My only concern is that the seam oven and even steam assist function can cause some the water to run between the glass windows which leaves a stain and cleaning is not so easy. Would feel happier if this was an easier job. I was told at a demonstration at E&S Trading when I asked the Neff chef, that this should not be happening, but unfortunately it is on my son's ovens. When my daughter-in-law rang Neff about this problem they sent a man who didn't seem to know much about it and wasn't really helpful, and no further assistance was offered. I am hoping that I do not have this problem.
LOVE IT!!!! – This oven is amazing, the different functions are so easy to use. It cleans itself, how good is that! The slide & hide oven door was the feature that sold me on this product, the fan reverses to hold in the heat. The team a Neff were fantastic to deal with.
