I bought this NeoFlam pan because it was advertised as non-stick and eco-friendly, but honestly, it’s been a huge letdown. From day one, food started sticking to the surface, eggs, pancakes, even chicken. I tried using oil, adjusting the heat, and following all the care instructions, but nothing worked. Cleaning it is a nightmare too. I’ve spent… Read more
more time scrubbing this “non-stick” pan than I ever did with regular cookware. The surface already looks worn after just a few uses, and I’m questioning its durability.
For the price, I expected much better performance. This pan has made cooking frustrating rather than easier. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable non-stick option. Save your money and go with something more dependable.
Shocking product. Stains instantly, every time we cook we fill with water and boil again to clean. It’s 3 weeks old and stained horribly. Screw holding the handle is also loose after 3 weeks. Avoid this dodgy product Show details
On first use the food stuck, and the pan looked old after one use. The coating is terrible and customer service worse. They blamed in on the "pan maintenance" - laughable since the pan is brand new! They refused any help and kept making the same excuses. Total waste of money. Wish I'd checked reviews first since 2/3rds of them are negative. Lesson learned. Show details

It isVERY HEAVY! it says no induction suitable on original packaging, but on the website says opposite. I have contacted the customer service. No answer. Show details
Worst frypan I've ever owned – Do not buy this cookware. It is definitely not non stick. Useless. Better off with a Kmart cheapie. I've been cooking for 50 years and this is the worst "non stick" frypan I've ever owned. No matter what heat I use or how much oil, food always sticks to it.

Excellent non-stick frypan (jade colour, 32 cm) that I have been using daily for over 8-months. I use it on a ceramic hob (not induction) and I never put it in the dishwasher (they clearly counsel against dishwasher use, and it’s not needed in any event). I wipe it out with a paper towel and then hand-rinse. It is incredibly quick to clean and… Read more
dry. Whatever instructions were given about seasoning the pan prior to first use, I followed to a tee and this pan has been perfect from day 1. I’m going to buy more pans from NeoFlam’s Nature+ range.
Just brilliant – My neoflam cookware is brilliant. It cooks evenly doesn't stick and is so much better than I had before. My wife cooked with the fry pans yesterday and her report was fantastic, she said the heat is distributed evenly, no sticking and easy to clean and she said " I don't know why I have put up with my other fry pans for so long". She doesn't understand why there are negative reviews she can't fault them. Show details
excellent product – I do love these woks and frypans. Please note, you need to buy the lid separately for the wok and do make careful decisions as not cheap pastage to return. On another note: There is one man who came in the name of God, and proved himself to be God - Jesus. If you're going through a hard time - ask Jesus to reveal Himself to you and he will. God bless. Bad experience – Very disappointed with Neoflam products. Don’t buy them. They are not manufactured very well. Coating comes off and they tell you it’s your fault that you must be treating them incorrectly. That’s their reason for not replacing or refunding. So if you don’t want to waste your money don’t buy from them. And they have so many bad reviews why would you buy their products.
Very sticky pans – Absolutely expensive garbage. That’s why there’s a massive shift towards cast iron and stainless steel which when mastered are superior cooking instruments that are virtually indestructible. Show details
Neoflam Wok don't work as it promised! – I hv used non stick wok for many years, Neoflam wok is the worst wok ever! I Bought Neoflam wok from Singapore Woodlands branch Metro department store , after just 1 month tis wok stick all the ingredients onto the wok , i even can't fry an egg cuz eggs also stick on wok. It claimed that it is non-stick wok, but tis is the most lousy wok that I hv… Read more

They look good and are so easy to clean! – Not sure why this cookware has so many bad reviews. We bought a retro green demur pot a while ago and it's so nice, has amazing non stick and still looks new after a year. We decided to buy a whole new set of pots and pans this week and I love them! (4x pots, 2x fry pans) Best pots and pans we've ever had. We bought them because ceramic is rated… Read more
as the highest healthy cooking. One of our pans also arrived with a chip on the handle and I contacted customer service and within hours they had sent a new handle free of charge. Very impressed. (Note we got these on sale at a great discount so I'm VERY happy!)

Dodgy AF – These pans were highly expensive and I bought them trying to be more healthy as I don't like Teflon for obvious reasons i.e. carcinogenic, however they have a massive DESIGN FLAW - they are NOT non-stick!!!! Totally useless waste of money, and then they try to dodge a refund, which is against the law as the product does not do what it is clearly advertised to do!!! like I say DODGY AF! Do not waste your money!! Show details
Would not recommend buying frypan – I have an induction cook top. No matter how much oil was in the frypan everything was sticking. Cooking chicken schnitzel was a disaster all the coating was sticking to the pan. Even frying an egg or steak was a disaster. Would not recommend buying this item. Show details
Worst non-stick frypan ever – the products claims are baseless. Bought brand new from Retravision for an eye watering $140. Cooked fried eggs first time with ample oil and butter and no problem, then wiped the pan clean with paper towel, no problem. The very next use, the eggs stick and the same with every other item fried in this pan. The surface looks as new with no… Read more
scratches as we have followed the instruction and we know how to look after expensive cookwear. We have had to revert back to our tried and tested cast iron pan without any problems.
Best pan used – I had a happycall pan which I have ruined and figured I will try neoflam. Best decision ever. I use low to medium flame and it cooks all my meats and vegetables beautifully. Beautifully browns and sears my chicken breaststroke and prawns etc. I use warm soapy water to wash once rhe pan has cooled. Will wait for a sale before getting the pots as well! Show details
It is not your Teflon non-stick, it’s non-toxic, so don’t expect it to behave like Teflon – I have used neoflam for 5 years. Yes I have destroyed some of my earlier pans. But I realised once I know how to use it, I find it such a blessing because I just refuse to use any Teflon. You need to add enough oil to coat the pan. And you need to make sure the pan is hot enough so when u add ur meat into it, it sizzles so it doesn’t stick. Meat… Read more
sticks to surfaces that are hot but not hot enough. Once I put the meat in, I just let it sizzle and sear until I can see it lift off the surface on the sides before I check on it. And make sure you “deglaze” the pan with water. I boil some water in the pan after I cook in it, to dislodge some of the stubborn bits that are stuck on. Until this day, I still make my sunny side up in my pan. Yes it’s not as non-stick as Teflon, but it’s non stick enough for me. I like it coz it’s non toxic.
Avoid. This pan will not work on our induction cooktop despite saying it does – This pan which was meant to work on induction stove does not work. The company's response was it is new technology but will not work on all induction stoves. How does anyone know? All our other induction cookware works on our 10 year old cooktop. Then the company demands we return it at our cost. Show details
Disappointed it is not ‘non stick’ – Was very excited with my purchase - read all instructions carefully and first use the chicken stuck to the pan. Cleaned as per instructions and it just keeps happening - absolutely wasted my money and do not recommend this brand, have a friend who has experienced the same issue. Really wish I have read product reviews before purchasing. Show details
DO NOT BUY – I used it once. It stuck. I returned it. They told me THEY would test it out. They came back saying they cooked chicken on it and it was fine and it was my cooking technique that was wrong. Told me to use Rice oil and only cook on VERY low temps. Tried again. Used rice oil. Cooked on lowest setting of the lowest gas cooker. Disaster. Everything stuck. Pictures are of what is meant to be pancakes. This is after only 3 cooks on it. Show details
Never buy again – After less than a month everything sticking and a nightmare to clean, wish I’d never seen it, a complete waste of money. The first few times using was fine then it started to stick. Show details

Faulty product – Faulty product. Is definitely not non stick or durable. We are trying to get a fund but extremely difficult, as the company keeps stating that the coating is not in the warranty. We received an email stating that protein foods can not be cooked at low to medium heat (How strange, its a frying pan), however, in the care instructions, it says… Read more
protein food may stick to cold pans only!
Update:
I received this today from Neoflam “the abusive review you posted on Productreview that you are not happy with the outcome of your claim”
I can only guess from this reply that as far as Neoflam is concerned, claiming their product is faulty is abusive?
Update 23/10/21
Neoflam are no longer responding to my emails.
I sent this yesterday after waiting a week for my previous email.
“ I have waited patiently for a week for a reply. Please answer my questions.
1. Show me where it says in the care instructions that protein foods can't be cooked at low to medium heat 2. If we cook that at a high heat they burn on the outside. Burnt food has been shown to be a carcinogen. Therefore, are you suggesting you support this practice? “
Non stick?? – Purchased for use in Motorhome as it was a nest of 5 pots/pan & would be easy to keep clean as touted as Non Stick. After about 1..5yrs of use (& only when travelling) everything sticks!!! I have done quite a number of cooking classes & am a very good cook & appreciate my appliances & how to use & care for them but would have to say that I am now… Read more
getting rid of this cookware & will be investigating another brand. Also would not recommend it as does not live up to expectations
Three Years and still Great – I bought a $39.95 Amie pan more than three years ago and it is still giving me great results daily. Sure it sticks sometimes, but I can cope. A good, gentle clean usually restores the surface and it is in top condition again. I have never had this longevity from any other non stick surface and I am happy knowing this one isn’t toxic. Fyi no oil spray is used on my pan. I read the aerosol dispersant can damage the surface. Show details
Will not buy again – Bought a few of these pans and after 1 use it was sticking and now after a month it is no longer usable. Will not purchase again. Waste of money. Show details
Very disappointed – This pan was light and appealing, but although I used the store bought recommended cloth after only a months use it started sticking and the coating started peeling. Very disappointed with the quality Show details
Expensive and sticks! – Got this Neoflam fry pan due to claims that it is 100% toxin free. It is expensive compared to other non-stick fry pan in the market. I was disappointed as after two uses it started to stick and it is very hard to get rid of the food that was stuck there. Also, the quality is not as good either, parts of the inside coating starts to come off as well. I will not buy this again.
Sorry to hear about your experience with our cookware.… Read more
Crappies pan ever – If I could give a 0 star, I would. I spent almost $140 on this freaking pan and when I received it the handle was broken. I received the handle yesterday and was super excited today and was going to change it. Only realize that… Read more

Fry egg also stick? – The frying pan does stick all food even it claims is a non stick pan. Even u use baking soda to wash, use wooden spade and season with oil or low to medium heat. The pan still stick despite this maintainer. Show details
Am from Singapore. FYI Neoflam Singapore indicate no exchange and must cook with Low heat? Australia-Neoflam has a vary good customer services.
No longer non stick – Do not recommend! The non-stick worked really well at the start. All the food went in it like butter. After a few months everything started to stick. I always cook with ghee and a lot of it. Even that didn't help. The pan is also raised in the middle so all the oil just goes to the sides and impossible to cook anything in the middle without it getting stuck and destroyed. Very disappointed for it being so expensive! Show details
Not user friendly – Handles get very hot, ridiculous that it has wooden knobs on lids, no oven, no dishwasher. A casserole should be able to go in the oven with the lid. Lightweight, seems to cook ok. Tall casserole with pasta basket takes a very long time for water to boil as its so tall and thin. Non stick, just needed a few things changing for 5 stars. Show details
After six uses the pan has lost its non-stick property – Repeated disasters trying to make simple pancakes. All stuck to the pan and had to be soaked off. I have just emailed Neoflam for an opinion. I could not locate their "cleaning advice". A very expensive product and so disappointing. Show details
