Waste of money – From day one haven’t been able to use this set effectively as all good sticks to it and burns. No matter what technique neoflam customer service tell you to use - they blame you and your cooking skills rather than take any accountability for their poorly made products. Perfect ornament for those who don't cook – The only good part about this product is that it is very pretty. the practical sense - they cannot be used to cook food apart from boiling water to make plain noodles. This is because once you use the pans 4-5 times, the "non-stick" coating is gone completely, and literally everything sticks and burns rapidly. Even using copious amounts of oil or butter doesn't help. Despite using wooden spoons and being extremely delicate while cooking (i.e. low temperature, constant vigilance), the pans eventually burn and become useless.

My verdict: It is not worth spending 500+ dollars on cookware that doesn't allow you to cook.

Love my Elegant set – I have been using it for a few weeks now and it's fantastic cookware, food doesn’t burn and giving the food great flavours. these gorgeous aesthetic pots are given me a calm feeling and suit perfectly in my new kitchen. I wish I could use it in the oven as it got natural wooden handles. I Love it ! ! ! !
