Nextgen 9 Kayak

Damage products rude management – I brought 2 gen 9 kayaks both were Damaged on delivery. Contacted for replacement Melbourne manager was rude and dismissive.. had to tell him with consumer affairs to get a replacement..even then he argued that i would Damage them if i used them ..so i should just put up with paying $1400 for 2 damaging kayaks......Melbourne manager needs to do a people course products are Damaged on delivery... go else were ...

Great value kayak – Picked up this kayak recently and took it on the Nepean river down through to the Hawkesbury. It's a great kayak that's stable and smooth through the water. Lots of room on it to store stuff and the waterproof hatches work a treat for storing water sensitive things like my phone. The seat is comfy and is raised so you don't get a wet bum. Couldn't be happier with it. Great value kayak without the price tag of a Hobie!
