repeated requests for a replacement or a fix to the situation it is now the 12/02/2025 and the problem is still not resolved. I was informed today that it will take another three weeks for a replacement screen to arrive (another estimate - nothing concrete). This revelation followed repeated requests by myself for an update on the progress of my warranty claim after being left in the dark, many of which went unanswered. This company seems indifferent to both the quality of the products they sell and their customer's situation. You meet your obligations as the consumer by paying a huge sum for a bike, whist NordicTrack/IFit accepts your money and leaves you with a product that doesn't work. My advice would be to look for alternatives and save yourself money and stress.

resistance/incline/decline works effectively to mimic hill training and has helped my fitness greatly when I do an outdoor ride. 3. Sound and picture are immersive and balanced together nicely. 4. The ability to show integrated stats is good for those who like that stuff (me).
One issue that was quickly resolved (mobile mechanic) was crank mechanism was a bit tight and the bike would sometimes creak when declining. Couldn’t be happier with the response to fix this issue. iFIT occasionally doesn’t synchronise with Strava; this was fixed by re-establishing connection.
Overall I would give it a 9.5/10 (after a months worth of good use)
