Thanks , and sorry , I must have replied to your comment ... Regarding Nattug , I get the same answer every time , and then no followup. It seems they don't respect their customers and don't support the claims they make like the '14 days any reason refund' even though my tag didn't 'work out of the box', as promised it would.
Hi I just purchased this amazing device. I have set the on button to listen in but I haven't worked out how to do it when I go into the app I can't see where to do it from
I have been waiting 3 weeks and as yet not even a shipping number? Is this company a scam? Nobody to answer the phone or the chat?
It’s not a scam, however, my friend also had lengthy delays in getting her NutTag. The issue that she had was that it had been sent to the place where she purchased it (independent living) and they took their time sending it on to her. The best bet is to keep bombarding them with emails and phone calls until you get what you have paid for. Good luck!

Thanks for replying. Mine is being sent to home address and they have not sent it yet...3 weeks after purchase.
Tried to call the number on their website. Just got a response from Facebook page. They are going to send it "again" and they have already supplied a tracking number. First tracking number I have gotten since ordering. Good old Facebook. Will see how long it takes for the tracking number to become "live".

Hi I am trying to use this for our families dog, he is an escape expert and likes to get out to go for street roams if he can find the opportunity.
I don't need this to track his general activities, only to know when he escapes, there have been a few complaints about the battery lasting only a day.
Is there a mode where the it will use low battery unless he is quite far from the house 100m+ If it only lasts for 1 or 2 days before needing a recharge it won't suit my needs.

No. Charging it every night is not a big deal though. The notifications work very well, at least on my farm. Not sure if it works well in the city.

Have been looking into buying a GPS tracker for my expensive car. The reviews are very negative or very positive. Am really questioning the review structure of this product seems to be too biased and all the positives are coming from NSW, mostly Sydney. I would like to hear from some interstate and regional reviews if there is any. Cheers
In Melbourne here - the software that comes with their product didn’t work well for me in that it did not refresh the location of the device accurately- they may have corrected this since

Would this be useful for a bike? Mine has recently been stolen and I’m concerned for my new one. Say if someone stole it and transported it several km away would I be able to locate it

I need to set the geo-fence perimeter quite tightly, I need to be notified when my relative has walked out to the roadside at the end of the driveway. Are there any constraints on setting a narrow perimeter?
Hi Anne, Unfortunately, there are a few issues when setting a tight geofence in this manner. You will then be prone to false alarms, false alarms may happen when the device is inside as GPS is not the best performer when indoors. However, using our movement tracking modes we can minimise these.

Hello...I'm wondering if you can tell me if the Seek GPS tracker can be worn in the shower by my elderly relative. I know it says water resistant, but would like some clarification on that. Thanks
Hi Lee, I read that it is water resistant we don't wear it in the shower . I guess if they advertise it's water proof then it is! Water Resistant IPX5 Standard Wearable in shower. I am very happy with the unit. The company is great to deal with.
