items from ny party hire before ordering. They were kind enough to let us come after our work hours to see the items at their castle hill warehouse. You could see this was a properly run company as they had lot of stuff in their warehouse and properly organized. The staff (especially Nomi) took the time to explain to us options on which items to hire without blowing up our budget. We felt really comfortable with the way they helped us look at all their items and decide on what to hire

The delivery guys were amazing. They notified us before delivery and came on time and showed us again how to operate the products. The Marquee was amazing. the party really came to live with their glow items. We had few glow bar tables and glow cubes and the light up number 40 looked amazing. The light of the glow items lasted the entire night. We are really happy we went with ny party hire for our event. such a nice team to work with.

Thieves – Do not hire from these people. They take your money and don’t allow changes even with changing restrictions. Absolutely unreasonable to deal with. Avoid at all cost, you will be ripped off.

Very disappointing... not at all interested in customer service! – Booked and paid the 50% deposit to hire a list of furniture items for a 40th birthday party at home (100+ guests) in early 2020. COVID hit, and immediately notified all suppliers that the party would have to be postponed until the restrictions allowed the event to proceed. contacted all providers to reschedule. Disappointingly, NY Party Hire were the only company to take a firm stance on the "no extensions on credits". If I wished to rebook, my full invoice was attached for payment. I was told to be more understanding of their perspective. Cannot speak to their rental equipment... but be warned, if for some reason you need to defer your event, you will have issues!

Terrible services – The service cannot get even one star, I tried to book the tables, chairs for my baby birthday party. I tried to call, message and get request to send email to get info; it is so slow to get response; it usually take 2-3 days to get response; additionally, you can only pick up/return in certain time. Unbelievable, it wastes week and week time; and change everything in the last minute; no apologies at all. Dont think this company can be survived in Australia, it really is less quality than services in 3rd world countries.

Totally not recommend the services to anyone.

Awful rude customer service – Very rude, never told us we needed an Ute, held 100$ for losing a cheap Cardboard, ruined my day. I will never recommend them to anyone, their service and attitude will ruin your occasion!!

I have hired tables and chairs from other places but the Tiffany chairs i hired from NY Party Hire were in fantastic condition. The guys are very nice to deal with. I highly recommend using NY Party Hire for any function.

they should be able to drive to side of the tennis court where we were going to have the dinner and dance party. Unfortunately we had a huge down pour the night before and the ground was so damp that the trailer would have ruined the grass, so I was there with 3 guys to help unload. When Nash turned up, incidentally he owns the NYpartyhire, he was a guy with an attitude. He was intent to drive to the side of the tennis court and as my son told him to his face, he was behaving like a donkey. Anyway, this guy says, no and he was going to drive away with the furniture. We were expecting the guests in a few hours. He had the potential of totally ruining the day. In fact he put me in such a mood that it took a few hours before I could get back into the happy mood of this great event. So unless you are willing to have your day ruined by Nash with a chip on his shoulder and an attitude from hell, I would not hire these guys.
