My heart sunk the day I learned these were discontinued. Yes, they’re crunchy, yes the packaging was flimsy, but they were the best damn biscuits to ever grace Woolworths’ shelves

Olinas chocolate chip cookies are the most delicious crunchy biscuits I've ever had in my life. I ate the whole bag in one sitting because they were so delectable ☺️ Show details

Devastated!! can’t get these cookies anywhere. They are, without a doubt, the tastiest, most decadent biscuit I’ve ever eaten. Is there a petition I can sign to get those stocked near me. For the love of god, restock these cookies!! Show details

Rock hard cookies – These cookies are rock hard and aren't crispy. They are just the hardest cookies I have ever eaten. I had to try give some away because I just couldn't finish them. Show details

Once bitten. Twice shy – Wasn't expecting the crunch factor. Otherwise tastes nice enough. Wouldn't buy them again.

Best biscuits we’ve tasted – We were given 2 packs of Olinas biscuits and we both agree they are the best biscuits we’ve ever tasted. As far as packaging goes one biscuit had a small break - 5 stars from us Show details

Crappy packaging never being able to purchase unbroken biscuits – While I really love these biscuits, there needs to be a serious revue of packaging. I have never been able to buy a packet of these and be able to get biscuits whole. They are always broken and in small bits and pieces. Come on guys, seriously. You are selling a huge biscuit in a flimsy package. It's not like they are a cheap purchase for the amount of biscuit you get. One whole biscuit would be a luxury. Show details

easily 5 star rating if the packaging was improved – The coffee/chocolate cookies are delicious. AND because I can't resist them I keep buying hoping that Olina has improved their packaging system but I am still getting at least 2 of the biscuits reduced to crumbs. PLEASE, PLEASE OLINA, consider updating your packaging. Show details ·  1

The best biscuits I’ve ever eaten by far and I’m a good cook with high standards – The Chocolate and Coffee are by far the most delicious cookies I’ve ever eaten - including home made! The butter crunch are also amazing. As for the crunch .. yes they’re crunchy .. that’s what made me initially buy them - I love the crispy crunch. I don’t care if some are broken they are so good. If you don’t like crunchy crispy biscuits don’t buy these. To me this is a bonus. Show details

Warning, extremely hard – The butter crunch is as hard as rock, it is not crispy as it states in the description. Taste is fun, nothing special but o la ate one as. Don’t want to risk braking a tooth. They are not buttery, or crunchy or crispy. Show details

Always the same reduced quantity but no better quality – I've got good teeth and love the flavour BUT not only has the size of the pack reduced, the biscuits work out as slightly less than a dollar each, ( the price is still the same as the larger pack, that could be the supermarkets tho to be fair), it's the condition that they arrive in my house that's always the problem. Broken and actually quite… Read more

hard to work out the individual biscuits. Still persevere tho in case they start to arrive in better condition.

Tasty cookies if you don't mind the fact they are always broken – As most here have commented, quite tasty biscuits but always smashed to pieces in every single pack. Clearly a company that doesn't monitor its products at Point of Sale. Or read reviews here for that matter. Show details

Into the bin – Tastes terrible, like off butter, with an almost burnt smell. "Crispy" to the point where it seems like they were mistakenly overcooked. Most of the cookies are broken due to the packaging. The cookies look like the cookies from the photo on the packaging were run over by a steamroller. Show details

Delicious – I love the Artisan cookies (biscuits). The dark choc coffee ones are so good. My only criticism is the packaging. At least 4 biscuits are broken into small pieces each time I open the packet. I even asked the check out girl to not pack them so I could place them in my trolley carefully. Show details

Broken cookies – Cookies are nice, but everytime I have opened a packet they are always broken into many small pieces. I haven't purchased a bag yet and had more than 3 full cookies in a bag. Last purchase I bought 4 flavours and nearly every cookie in all the bags were broken. Show details

Super hard not crispy – Not sure if these cookies would be crispy if living Victoria? Something happened to my choice of chocolate orange living and transporting to Qld. They were tea dunker’s unless you wanted to break a tooth. As my mouth is full of crowns and veneers not going to risk these hard cookies!!! I prefer chewy. Show details

Don’t waste your money - even if they’re on special – I purchased 2 packets of Olina’s Bakehouse Artisan Chocolate Chip Cookies for the first time yesterday. I opened the first packet and every cookie was broken into multiple pieces except 2. I did better with the second packet as I had 4 whole cookies. But looking at both packets I certainly didn’t get 10 cookies in either packet. Total rip off and… Read more

certainly won’t be buying these again. In fact I will probably stay away from Olina’s products as I just don’t trust the quality and quantity.

Love these BUT – I find the other Olina’s flavours too hard, but I love these Choc Chip ones which are not hard, just crunchy. BUT there are usually only one or two whole ones in the pack, the rest are in small pieces. Every single time I’ve bought them. So disappointing. Show details

Delicious but always smashed to pieces – I've tried on a number of occasions & at different stores to buy a packet of these biscuits that aren't smashed to pieces. Can this company please invest in better packaging as the biscuits themselves are delicious & I would like to buy them broken to serve to guests. Show details

Hard to eat cookies – These cookies I had never had before and was looking forward to trying them. Unfortunately they were so hard, made them hard to enjoy. They didn't even absorb coffee, I threw them out.
