Oppo Questions & Answers

I was advised to buy an Oppo phone this week, when I went to Vodafone to ask for a replacement phone. Probably 48 hours is not a long enough time for me to find too many problems (by the sound of the reviews!!), but the Oppo pack did NOT include an instructio booklet. I need to be able to stay on my calls (keeps dropping out!!), keep the phone working without having to submit my password every 3 minutes (or so), and navigate to the pages I want. Help please.
