My partner and I recently purchased the 10inch touch display model. Wifi setup was easy, app connectivity is convenient. We have tried cooking basics such as rice, pasta, flat and loaf breads, curries, stir frys, and spaghetti bolognaise so far with good results. though (didnt provide working recipes for my specified 8 dinner servings that work in real life) extreamely limited in what I can actually make with this thing. Initially did a review a couple months ago, having given them the benefit of the doubt and allowed substantial time to respond the issues aren't resolved. The new app can scale ingredients, the issue is it doesnt fit. Many questions left unanswered, theu refuse to admit thwir advertising and advice pre purchase was incorrect, eventhough ive proven so on numerous occasions. Initially they stated to cook two batches, which defeats the entire purpose. When this was argued, i asked them to provide a second unit to accommodate for what they insist the machine is capable of, you can bet that wasn't happening. Cooking isnt "seamless or faster, or more convenient". To avoid mush, you need to manually torn on and off stirring every few minutes. You can't just walk away like you are led to believe. When maxing out the bowl, dont even think of teying to use the steamers, it takes 2 hours to steam thin carrots or 1cm cubed potatoes. Recipes that should take 25 -40 minutes will take 2 to 3 hours. Recipes themselves aren't accurate and the company often advises you to do it another way, yet thats not what the recipe reflects. The step completed alarm doesnt function 9 times out of 10. You'll eventually be offered a refund if you persist. Having contacted accc ive been assured there is more than enough evidence of false advertisement. Which is why I didn't accept the refund. I am pursuing this so that they are made to change their misleading statements, gaining money by deception. Its a very disappointing experience. Happy to provide receipts.

I purchased the Thermocook pro 3.0 on 4th June 2026 and I am loving it! I’m enjoying making new meals with different flavours. My husband is also enjoying the different recipes.The recipes are easy to follow and a great variety. I've had my Thermocook Pro M 3.0 for a while now and absolutely love it. I upgraded from my TM5 mainly because I wanted the larger bowl, and it's been one of the best decisions. It's so easy to use, saves me heaps of time, and makes cooking and meal prep a breeze. I also love how easy it is to convert recipes from other thermo cookers, so I can still make all my family favourites. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone considering one. Show details · 1

Absolutely incredible machine, I have used my thermocook multiple times every single day since it arrived. It powers on so fast, the blades come up to speed just as quickly. I've been using my Thermo cook almost daily for over 6months now. The provided recipes that I've used have been delicious but it's easy to manually use it for my tried and true favourites as well. Love this thing. Just made the mixed berry muffins and can't believe how great they've turned out. I have used this machine for many recipes and it honestly saves so much time and dont have to search up recipes as there are hundreds built in. If you're on the fence I encourage you to commit. recommend this machine. I’ve tried a cheaper machine no screen and it was great but this tops it by loads. I’ve tried thermomix 5and 6 and I would buy this over a thermomix any day. For the price you can’t go wrong. Specially when you get all the attachments for the whole price. The machine updates with new programs and recipes regularly. Cooks and heats evenly. Love all recipes I’ve tried so far and love trying new things.
Only thing I would like to to be able to use the phone app without the machine being turned on. But the app is also being updated so I don’t think that will be an issue soon.

Follow-up · Cleaning it is very easy just put some water and a few drops of dishwashing liquid place the lid and press start on cleaning cycle and your pretty much done! Depending on what you have cooked/mixed may require a small amount of extra cleaning. The most noise it makes is while cleaning as it goes up to 10 speed but it’s ok as it’s only for a few seconds. It’s great for mixing dough, custard, beef stew, and sooo much more. Love it
I am loving my Thermocook. I am trying to minimise the time spent standing and cooking due to a back problem. I love the saute, chopping, slicing and grating functions and cooking soup is a dream. A More Powerful Motor The robust 2400W motor is a noticeable step up. It powers through tough ingredients like ice, frozen fruit, and dense doughs seamlessly. Even when the jug is filled to capacity, the machine doesn't struggle or labor, making the blending and mixing process incredibly fast and smooth.
Durable Stainless Steel Parts The shift to stainless steel parts is brilliant. Not only do the bowl and attachments feel incredibly robust and built to last, but they are also completely hygienic and resistant to staining from heavy spices. Best of all, it makes cleaning up an absolute breeze since all the non-electrical parts and the bowl can be popped right into the dishwasher.
Versatile Blade Options The different blade and attachment options offer incredible control over the texture of your meals. I absolutely love being able to pop out the main stainless steel chopping blades and swap them for the dedicated stirring paddle. they are not clearly named. Ie. Rice pudding is not under R for rice, it is under C for creamy, lemon spread (one of our favourites) is not under L for lemon, but under Z for Zesty. I now have them saved in favourites. I use the manual program a lot as I like to use my old faithful recipes I find that the thermocook is easy to adapt. I do have trouble though making egg whites whisk, and have had to revert back to the old faithful stand mixer. I do find the bowl a bit heavy, but the fact that it has not only the front handle but 2 side ones makes it easier. I recently had need to contact support as the slider board, which I use every time I use the thermocook cracked and was peeling. The response I got was exceptional! Not only were they friendly and understanding, they resolved the problem the same day and I was sent a new board. I also find the FB group Thermocook Adventures page and the YouTube videos put out by Rayan Badro to be extremely helpful and educational. My daughter has a different type of thermo, she paid nearly twice the price I paid for my thermocook. She really likes hers, but apart from the initial cost being nearly double, she has to pay an on going subscription for recipes. Non of which are any better than the ones I have. I am 73 yrs old, so not really very tech savvy! But would not hesitate in recommending the thermocook to anyone. I had no trouble setting it up and linking it to my internet but after the service I received from the support team I have no doubt they would have talked me thru anything I had trouble with.

of my favourite recipes but the ability to just "do, clean, next" is awesome. I now make, with no work at all, my own haloumi cheese, Worcestershire sauce, sugar & coffee syrups & things I have always made like béchamel & tomato sauces are effortless, just as good with half the work & a tenth the attention. I love that I can slice / grate ingredients straight into the bowl, that the extra tools are mainly stainless steel (& free - as are the recipes) & that the bowl is big enough for a large family with hungry teenage boys. There is a great welcoming community led by Rayan who is very helpful, knowledgeable & accessible & a heap of other users all happy to share their favourite recipes & tips. What a breeze to operate. Lemon curd and Béchamel sauce has never been this easy to make. Even making lime marmalade was easy. The bowl was easy to handle, remove from the base and the self-washing option is a blessing. The chopping function saves time and dishes! The food tastes like any made on a stovetop. Amazing product, have shown 3 thermomix owners and they love the look of mine! Does everything they advertise. Only negative I have is when stiring on speed 1, reverse, it still chops up my food.
