5 stars had the new app been launched but good things come to those that wait. I had to ring customer service to get my phone to connect to the thermo cook, call was answered quickly and the issue soon resolved. I watched a video on Froothie TV YouTube channel and all parts of the machine were discussed. Highly recommend this product.

Absolutely incredible machine, I have used my thermocook multiple times every single day since it arrived. It powers on so fast, the blades come up to speed just as quickly. I've been using my Thermo cook almost daily for over 6months now. The provided recipes that I've used have been delicious but it's easy to manually use it for my tried and true favourites as well. Love this thing. Just made the mixed berry muffins and can't believe how great they've turned out. I have used this machine for many recipes and it honestly saves so much time and dont have to search up recipes as there are hundreds built in. If you're on the fence I encourage you to commit. I genuinely love my Thermocook Pro 3.0. I have used it daily since purchasing it almost a year ago. From sourdough, to risottos to cooked meals, it’s become my best friend in the kitchen saving me time and effort. I purchased the thermocook pro m3.0 a few months ago and I’m impressed. When my thermomix came to the end of its life I looked at many versions and it was a no brainer to try the thermocook. The price, the stainless steel components, larger bowl, no wobble on high speed, no subscriptions and excellent support had me sold. My family use it almost everyday and I can’t fault it. recipes covering more of the basics. I’ve found a couple of the recipes not great- eg. too oily, needing more mixing time or not having the taste factor. While I love the big bowl for big meals, I’d like to have the option of a small bowl for when you just have a small amount to chop or mix. I still tend to smaller stand mixer for this.
Follow-up · The choux pastry recipe was very oily but I was able to adapt another recipe I found to use in the thermocook. I use it often for cooking rice but add a little extra water and cook a few mins longer but perhaps that’s just my preference. I’d love to see a great basic muffin or biscuit recipe with optional add ins and some super quick dinners added to the in- built recipes.

accessories being stainless steel. The screen with built in recipes makes using the appliance so easy to use, plus updates with new recipes and they are all free. I’ve been able to easily adapt old recipes I used with my previous machine too. I’ve noticed the TC is very quiet in comparison, which I think is due to housing around the bowl. This is an outstanding appliance, especially for the price point. I would highly recommend it.
Follow-up · Cleaning is very easy. You can add water to the bowl and blend on a high speed, this washes away any food on the lid and sides. It’s also dishwasher safe. I’ve cooked many recipes and even a lot from my TM cookbooks, it’s easy to adapt them. With a 3 litre bowl it’s perfect for cooking large batches.

Follow-up · I find the noise level very low except when chopping raw vegetables, but that’s usually under 30 seconds anyway. We really love the Mongolian beef recipe. The lemon drizzle cake is my favorite cake/pudding and so easy to whip together. I usually look at what ingredients I have and do a search on the touchscreen and something usually comes up so each meal is a surprise!

they are not clearly named. Ie. Rice pudding is not under R for rice, it is under C for creamy, lemon spread (one of our favourites) is not under L for lemon, but under Z for Zesty. I now have them saved in favourites. I use the manual program a lot as I like to use my old faithful recipes I find that the thermocook is easy to adapt. I do have trouble though making egg whites whisk, and have had to revert back to the old faithful stand mixer. I do find the bowl a bit heavy, but the fact that it has not only the front handle but 2 side ones makes it easier. I recently had need to contact support as the slider board, which I use every time I use the thermocook cracked and was peeling. The response I got was exceptional! Not only were they friendly and understanding, they resolved the problem the same day and I was sent a new board. I also find the FB group Thermocook Adventures page and the YouTube videos put out by Rayan Badro to be extremely helpful and educational. My daughter has a different type of thermo, she paid nearly twice the price I paid for my thermocook. She really likes hers, but apart from the initial cost being nearly double, she has to pay an on going subscription for recipes. Non of which are any better than the ones I have. I am 73 yrs old, so not really very tech savvy! But would not hesitate in recommending the thermocook to anyone. I had no trouble setting it up and linking it to my internet but after the service I received from the support team I have no doubt they would have talked me thru anything I had trouble with.

of my favourite recipes but the ability to just "do, clean, next" is awesome. I now make, with no work at all, my own haloumi cheese, Worcestershire sauce, sugar & coffee syrups & things I have always made like béchamel & tomato sauces are effortless, just as good with half the work & a tenth the attention. I love that I can slice / grate ingredients straight into the bowl, that the extra tools are mainly stainless steel (& free - as are the recipes) & that the bowl is big enough for a large family with hungry teenage boys. There is a great welcoming community led by Rayan who is very helpful, knowledgeable & accessible & a heap of other users all happy to share their favourite recipes & tips. Why is it better than my food processor?: One Pot Meal Preparation and Cooking The steaming function is efficient and you can do a variety vegetables in each basket simultaneously for perfect steaming Preparation and cooking in the one bowl saves on dishes and pot washing up Overall I find the Optimum Thermocook saves me time and energy and the self cleaning function is a great bonus and easy to scrape ALL the food from the bowl- no wastage. Really impressed. Love that it does not ruin the meat with the changeable tools, very easy to remove the blade and put in the stirer. You can also remove tools for serving so they dont get in way. Afternoon, I am getting acquainted with my new Thermocook Pro M 3.0 and I am finding it very interesting as to what it can do for me. The handles do not get hot and I am told when I can open the lid so I don't get burnt. So far what I have made has turned out very well and on some accasions it has exceeded my expectations.
