Experienced "hang overs" – This helped my hair including that white hair was turning dark. the largest bottle of Hair Tonic capsules from the health food shop. The label suggests that you can take an extra dose to enhance results so I spoke to the shop assistant and she recommended that I double the dose.

Within 2 weeks I started feeling really tired and exhausted but I just fobbed it off as being a busy self-employed mum of 3, until my mum made me go to the doctors who then sent me on to hospital.

I was diagnosed with Drug Induced Hepatitis from the Phytofol (Fallopia Multiflora) in the capsules. On closer inspection of the bottle label, no where near the recommended dosage, in very faint small font there is a warning that Fallopia Multiflora may harm the liver in some people.

During the last 2 months I have been in hospital emergency 3 times, I was admitted for a liver biopsy, I've gone from twice weekly to now fort-nightly blood tests, I've not been able to work, drive or look after my own kids and I am still jaundice... it has been a nightmare but I am getting better.

I have reported the capsules to the Therapeutic Goods Administration and I have advised the manufactures but I also wanted to warn others.

Hair feels stronger – I used 3 capsules per day. Noticed some new hair growth after a month. Obviously its no substitute for a clean diet and healthy lifestyle. No side-effects for me (I do not take any other medications).

Pretty good so far – My acupuncturist recommended Phytofol to improve my kidney function as he felt this was the cause of my hair loss. After a week I notice that my hair felt stronger at the roots. Previously, if I pulled slightly on my hair, I could feel a twinge of pain at the roots but after starting HairPro there is no pain. My scalp condition is so much better. Hair growth was pretty much non-existent before so I was really excited to see short hairs sticking up all over my head. It will be a slow process to grow it all back, but it's working. After four weeks of using the product I have also noticed that I have less grey hair growth and less hair falling out during brushing and washing. Perhaps if I had taken four capsules daily as recommended for initial therapy I would've noticed a better result. Fast results, no side effects A 60 capsule bottle will only last 15 days if you take the recommended starting dose, making it quite expensive. Not sure if there are any long term side effects effects.
