Unhappy customer – This is the worst Video doorbell it only worked for a month via tuya app and after that its just like a ding dong works for a few days and needs resetting no video or notifications are working, in a nutshell I'm dissapointed
Osmo doorbell - a horrible product – One star is too good for this product. The doorbell took a very long time to arrive after purchase. After it eventually arrived it never worked as specified. I have tried many months to get the thing working but it continues to have performance issues and the battery life is 4-5 days at most. There is significant lag between the doorbell button being pressed and notification being received on phone. The video feed hardly ever appears. I have asked for a refund but they highlight their 14-day refund policy which is designed to avoid providing any refunds at all. This is a scam and I have not replaced my doorbell with a locally purchased product and have no issues at all. It is a scam, please do not purchase any products from Osmo.
