Hopeful of being offered a skin only 36v steel deck lawn mower! – I didn't purchase the 36v mower, got the18v lawn mower instead. I'm still happy with this one though. I've already got six batteries, these 36v a mowers SHOULD be offered as a skin only! I was not offered a reward for this but I'd still be willing to purchase a 36v skin only lawn mower. Great tools! 24 months on it's still a good mower, drag it backwards for a bowling green finish. My lawn is Sir Walter Buffalo. Show details

Suited for a small property with easy grass – Easy to operate and I haven't had issues with charging or the battery, I have owned this now for approx 5 years. Yard is around 400sqm I need two batteries for this however I have buffalo grass and need to cut on a high setting as the mower can't handle it. Catcher is large enough. Overall still works somewhat fine except for some random cutting outs. I will be replacing it with a more powerful non ozito brand mower to cater for my larger yard  Show details

A good mower – I only mow a small area within a Lifestyle Village and the Ozito Mower does a good job. It mows green couch and handles it without labouring and little noise . It is light, compact and easy to store. Recharging of the batteries is easy and quick. Overall a good mower for the application  Show details

Fantastic mowers – Light, hight adjustable, quick charge, push button start, large catcher, long charge use etc. what's not to like about this machine. I've been cutting front garden, 55 sqm and back garden 30sqm on one charge for 3 years with not a hiccup If you are a farmer with 200 acres it's probably not for you but an average house ? no problem. It's like… Read more

After 3 years mowing and still going strong this machine owes me nothing

Purchased this mower as a trial before trialing the bigger cordless mowers and found this to be a gr – We purchased one and soon replaced all our petrol mowers, They cut faster, clean cutting, easy to handle and less space and weight. Took us by surprise no problem cutting the high grass. For improvement we would like to see either bigger batteries or be able to piggy back the battery's as they tend to run for 1 hour and then half hour charge… Read more

required. Running two hours none stop, would work better with tea breaks and lunch breaks.

We would also like an option of charging the battery's while still in the mowers, as would remove any fiddle or down time.

Lithium battery's should remain on the charger for long life, and leaving any lithium battery for a long time in the flat state, will destroy the battery.

Yes we are using these mowers in commercial applications and very impressed.

We expect the plastic to wear down over time and with constant daily use but nothing so far

Soon we will be trialing the bigger cordless mowers, but the light weight was a reason for starting with the Ozito Cordless mower.

Up-date: After trialing other mowers, we have gone back to this mower due to the quality cutting, light weight reliability and after purchasing the heavier 5amp batteries and keeping them on the charger when not in use, we are getting the two hour running time.. We purchased more mowers and sold off the last of the petrol mowers.

If planning to use cordless mowers all day, we found having a heavy duty deep cycle car battery and 650 Watt or bigger inverter so that we could have good available mobile charging capability is important. ( and yes the the deep cycle car battery is Solar Charged, though you can charge the deep cycle battery from your car or mains)

Much, Much Better Than I Ecpected. I'm So Happy I Bought It – I was tossing over if I should get this from Bunnings or if I should get the more expensive EGo 56v from Masters. And to be honest I was actually going to spend $629.00 on the Ego because I thought that the more powerful motor and larger amp battery was what I needed (it has a mulcher and a torque vectoring motor). But at $299.00 I thought I… Read more

would give the Ozito a go and it really surprised me. With a 3 replacement year warranty (and not a repair warranty) It was excellent and worked as good as my 130cc petrol lawn mower, but lighter, cleaner, and easier to use and push. The cutting diameter looked a bit small, but as soon as I started using it, you could see that it's only fractionally smaller than the petrol mower.

Noise was about half of a petrol mower and I loved that fact that I don't have to maintain the motor or put fuel in it anymore.

I filled up the council Green Bin to the brink and only used half a charge (approx. 30 min run time). I was surprised with the power too as compared to my 130cc 4 stroke lawn mower it was just as powerful. I hadn't mowed my lawn in 2 months and it had no issues mowing across the longer thick grass. Like a petrol mower, as soon as it starts to slow down in revs through the really long thick stuff you just pull it back a little let it rev up a bit and away she goes again.

My only gripe is that Ozito doesn't have a cordless whipper snipper using the same battery. As soon as they come out with that I'm also getting rid of my old 4 stroke whipper snipper.

I use to hate mowing the lawn. (especially using the cord start), but now I can't wait to mow the lawn again.

Shame the next council Green Bin pick up isn't for another two weeks.
