Battery lasted 20-30 charges – The battery lasted 20-30 charges. Possibly nine months from purchase. Bunnings - you should not be ripping off your customers like this. That's all - but this web page requires minimum 30 words ! Show details
My blower – I only used the blower a few times and stopped working, the battery seem to charge but when plugged to the blower, this one is toally dead, tried to recharge the battery again and there was no use. This product never performed as expected.
handy lightweight and easy to use.. BUT – Did everything as instructed in the manual, however this thing has only been charged about twenty times over the last twelve months and has now thrown in the towel - (July 2018). The thing only ran for about what seemed like a minute, so I recharged again and timed it this time, running in the laundry - 87secs... Not good enough. I know it wasn't… Read more
expensive, but it's only a leaf blower, not a space shuttle. Not much to these things. Now it's just land fill as the Bunnings team member simply suggested yesterday, that I get a new one. Well not from you lot I won't.
Eco blower – I have had my eco blower for more than three years. Charge and use it every other day as I have messy budgies on the verandah. Bought from Bunnings trying to buy another for my daughter Battery still runs at more than the ten minutes quoted. Couldn’t be more pleased. Maybe the secret is to use often to maintain battery. The batteries in this blower are absolute crap – Only ever recharged as per instructions, but battery died in no time! Referred it to Bunnings but they were unable to help. Have since bought a 240 volt blower. No more battery problems. These blowers are crap. Show details
Blow hard – A great little garden tool that does everything it claims, the ozito li-lon cordless blower has made my gardening so much easier Blows hard and quite, it makes cleaning up leaves etc. From your pathways quick and easy Economical to buy ( from bunnings) it is great value for what you get The ozito battery pack, sold seperately, charges quickly… Read more
and lasts long enough for most jobs around the garden
I love ozito products and this blower is a valuable part of my ozito team
Ozito Eco Blower – Bought about three years ago and within 1 month blower battery life started to under perform. Battery life getting shorter and shorter until yesterday 1.5 minutes of life and today - zip, zilch nothing. Been trying to buy a new battery online and through Bunnings but cannot. Cannot afford a new blower so back to the broom. Disappointed. Show details
Products should not be sold – Products should not be sold. bought an ozito eco blow brand leaf blower battery died after 3 years hard to replace battery type has changed .No help from where I bought it cause battery design has changed , but a product like this should have some sort of life guarantee . Does what I want it to – I've had the Oziti LT3-018 for nearly 3 years. I know its crap, pay for what you get but my set is still going strong after almost 3 years now. Batteries are ok so far (touch wood). For a first time set it does what its spose too. Hedge trimmer gets the biggest work out then the air blower. Show details
Ozito Eco Blower – Battery very short life. In fact only used a few times. Shame on Bunnings for selling this absolute rubbish. The old saying you get what you pay for. Pity we buy these things cheaper to support a sports club always struggling for cash. Ends up costing more because you then have to replace it, My fault, lesson learnt.
Crap Battery Life – I bought the 3 item set, the whipper snipper died a death within a year, replaced it with a Bosch. I found the hedger ideal for the seaside daisy and ferns, the blower was ideal for driveway, around the pool and footpath BUT over the last few months the batteries (I have 2) have about 5 minutes of life and then die. I have been to Bunnings and… Read more
have been told that these products are no longer available, BUT they may be able to get a battery (model no. etc need to be provided, no price was given) also that Ozito has been taken over by another company.
I will not buy another Ozito product will replace with a different brand.
NOT HAPPY!
Ozito Garden Kit - OK tools but terrible batteries – My experience is similar to other reviewers. Both batteries are dead after fewer than 20 charge/discharge cycles which is well short of the 500+ cycles expected from even a low cost Li-ion battery. This is clearly not 'fit for purpose' but Ozito refuse to accept any liability. This is not at all acceptable.
Ozito? NOzito!! – Amen brother, I am having exactly the same experience. Bought the blower as a single unit, then got sucked into the "three for one" blower trimmer and whippersnapper combo, which is dead after not quite four seasons. What ever happened to the Trade Practices Act? (Goods being competent to perform the duty for which they were purchased). We've… Read more
both been conned.
Got any suggestions for a replacement brand for the blower/hedge trimmer/whipper snipper? Mine are off to Mitre Eleven, (the tip.)
Never again Ozito.

Waste of money – So much for Li-ion batteries having no memory - mine died after about a dozen charges - the unit was used 1/month to blow leaves off a deck and charged for several hours before each use - with a product like this it's far less frustrating carrying an extension lead.
waste of time and money – There is no life in the batteries to these products. When trying to buy a replacement battery was told you just buy a new product.
Good tool, terrible battery, misleading warranty – I got this as part of a 3 piece set: blower, hedge trimmer, whipper snipper, with 2 batteries. Less than 2 years on, both batteries are almost useless and Ozito tell me the warranty on the battery is only 1 year even though the warranty on the tools was 2 years. To add insult, they have no stock of replacement batteries so the tools are useless.… Read more
It is a pity as the tools themselves were pretty good. Also, I could not find a source of after-market replacement batteries, whether"genuine" or copies, because like most Lithium batteries, the connector to the tools has a unique design and thus not interchangeable with other makers.
Terrible battery life – I have had my ozito for about 18 months but the battery is dead and I have only used it a dozen times. Would never buy again
Does the job – Have only had it a month but seems to work okay. Adequate to clean the leaves up in a patio, a garage and path in one charge so far. Better than I expected.
Poor battery – The two batteries which came with my set were lasting about five minutes and ran out of warranty a week ago. Now they last 10 seconds! Make sure you return the batteries if you have any problems within 12 months. I only used mine about six times.
Poor battery – I agree with poor battery performance. More annoying is how hard it is to get a replacement battery with Bunnings in Darwin offering mediocre help.
Terrible Battery – I liked everything about this blower except for the battery life. I was lucky to get an hours worth out of the battery and slowly I time time got less and less in time. I wouldn't buy it again. I'd go for a power model.
Surprisingly quiet and does the job well !! – Purchased from bunnings on special for $55, it did a great job in the backyard, surprisingly quiet and effective. Comes with a 2 year warranty am happy with the buy, if you don't want to spend too much Ozito is perfect. I was skeptical about the brand and was considering buying a ryobi/bosch but really happy with this !! At the end of the day all… Read more
i want to do is keep the backyard and garage clean and this is perfect. For $55 bucks i can't complain. Light, quiet and powerful enough. None
Not too bad – I purchased the Ozito 18V Li-ion LBL-018 Leaf Blower from Bunnings to use around the pool area. I don't like using an electric blower as the power cord can dip into the pool. My big petrol blower is great..but..I need to get it from the garage, fill it with petrol, prime, pull..pull..pull, blow and then bring it all back. So, I got the battery… Read more
operated Ozito which I leave in a covered area at the pool. When I first used it I was disappointed, but I was comparing it with my big Stihl petrol blower - it was pretty weak!. But then over time I got to appreciate it and it does do a pretty good job of keeping the pool area clean. Also, it took about 2-4 battery charges for the battery to reach its full power and then the blower was actually pretty good!. Pros are : it's nice and light; it's very easy to use - pick it up, push the switch to on and off you go; it doesn't vibrate your arm off; it lasts long enough to blow my rather large pool area 2-4 times before recharging; removing the battery for charging is easy; it does its job quite well; it's very quiet and you don't need ear muffs. I can't really think of any cons except that you mustn't expect it to blow like a petrol blower . The Ozito would be brilliant for a patio, veranda, any paved area, and around the front door . Give it a go! Lightweight, quiet, no vibration, quite long battery charge, very easy to use Don't expect it to blow like a petrol blower
Easy to use – I like that it is light weight and you can pick it up straight out of the cupboard and use it. There is no finding an extension lead, finding somewhere to plug it in or getting petrol to get it started. You can have finished the job in the same time it previously took to get the electric one out, plugged in and ready to go and then find the lead… Read more · 2
was not long enough to do the job.
It is small and compact so we keep it in the broom cupboard because there is no petrol smell and it is always available to use.
Although it is not a heavy duty blower it does a great job of blowing everyday leaves and grass clippings away.
Priced at around $100, which is the low end of the market, it is good value for money. Kept handy and ready to use, The charger doesn't cut out when it finishes charging. Only comes with one battery.
