Paklite Sytle Air Hard Case

Poor quality – Good design and weight but both the vertical and horizontal handle broke at almost the same time. Cases used on around eight occasions to a maximum weight of 20 kilograms.
Suit case last awhile before the handles broke – I would of had the suitacse for 10 years until both handles broke. I searched high and low and eventually found replacements at Amazon. https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B074XKHFJ7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I have fitted these and they fit perfectly. Hopefully i can get another 10 years from my suitcases.
Poor quality – Up until last week I was so pleased with my Paklite Wave suitcase. Easy manoeuvrability, just the right size, great bag. Several days ago when on a local holiday break the suitcase was being carried down stairs. First the vertical handle snapped off, breaking at both ends, then the horizontal handle did the same thing. The result was the case needed to be bear hugged down the stairs. Unless replacement handles can be sourced the suitcase is unusable for the purpose it was purchased for. I have sent Paklite Australia an email but as the contact telephone is no longer operational I don’t hold out much hope.

Poor handle design lets this down – Sadly, after about 2 years (say 4 overseas trips) both the top and the side handles have broken off. No replacement parts to fix it. Seems odd for handles that will be used to carry 20+kg of weight in a large suitcase to be made from plastic. Wou;ld have thought some aluminium reinforcement on the handles would be a basic structural requirement. Disappointed that a case that isn't exactly bargin basement price has to be thrown away. Should have just paid the extra for a Samsonite...
UPDATE: Got in touch with Paklite Australia and they are posting out two new handles free of charge. Easily replaceable by unzipping the inner lining and two screws hold the handles on. So 2 stars for case design but 5 stars for Paklite after sales care.
