Paklite Wave

Worst case and customer service – Purchased the paklite wave from David Jones, excited to have such a beautiful looking suitcase. The suitcase lasted one flight to Europe and the whole corner base was completely smashed, we then took an internal flight and the other side was smashed as well. Contacted Paklite, who responded quite quick with its "not our fault, contact your insurance company" Their product is faulty! I have used other cases travelling worldwide over the years and never had a problem with any of them. This product is inferior quality.
