VerifiedHello, how do I convert a German speaking movie to English. It's a Blu-ray Disc and I have a Panasonic Recorder DMR-BWT800 - DMR-BWT700. I don't want to view the movie in English subtitles, I just want the audio in English?

Why can't I now not get SBS through my Panasonic DVD? Has been OK up until now.
Perhaps you need to do a return of your Panasonic DVD for TV stations
Am looking at picking up a dmr-bwt800gl unit. Does this unit have netflix via viera cast?
I don't own the 800gl unit. The later units do that and are cheaper so I'd be looking at the 955gl treble tuner model with 2TB drive and can expand to other USB2 drives for more storage. The Panasonic.com.au web site has the latest in panny recorders.
The 955gl has a retail price of about $900 but no one sells it that high. They are usually about $600 to $700.
They have dual tuner recorder models as well. The one I have can be networked to other devices but be warned the Ethernet connection on cable is 100megabits and wifi so weak that I wouldn't be using it unless you have a very good booster system next to your panny recorder.
Netflix might prevent you recording on the panny recorder.
Could get a hdmi splitter and then connect the panny recorder which will let you record anything to the recorder.
I'm in dire need of a unit that has better than composite inputs, Netflix and has a mpeg4 HD tv tuner. So that's why I'm looking at either the dmr bwt800 or 700
I have the DMR-BWT740 and cannot work out how to do series record. Any help?
Hi Brenda, in order to do a series record your system needs to access a program guide and that is outside the capability built in to the Panasonic. I have recorded only up to two weeks ahead through the Guide access. Much easier with systems with subscriptions to EPG or subscription TV capable PVRs
