Panasonic DVD-S500GN-K
VerifiedMPNs: DVD-S500GN-K and S500GN-K2 reviews
Faulty USB Player – Used it to rip CDs onto USBs & to playback CDs & USBs. It is out of warranty by a small margin. It has had very little use; but I am finding that some USBs will play while others won't. The USBs all played on the Panasonic; but Verbatim & Emtec no longer will, although they still all play in the car & through the TV. SanDisk is the only one still playing thru the Panasonic
Purchased for $49.95.
Very outdated DVD Player – Does not have HDMI socket. It is very outdated! Only have old RCA video connections Need to buy RCA to HDMI converter to use with your modern TV as most TVs now come with HDMI input.

Hi Stara, it's great to read you have been using the unit, to carry out so many functions. Something to consider, is that different brands engineer their product in their own ways, however there is a standard that we all have to stick to otherwise compatibility would become a large issue. It's strange that SanDisk is the only brand of USB that now works with this machine. Perhaps you might consider contacting our Panasonic Customer Care Team on TEL: 132 600 and one of our representatives will work with you to determine what may be causing this issue. MM.
