Wont record – screen on sdrsw20 displays card door opened when it is not any ideas I have opened and closed it firmly several times

Good – Just to be clear Panasonic have been very very fair and offered us a new camera at a discounted price. On Christmas day we were using our camera in the pool. Both my husband and I checked all of the latches to make sure they were closed, however after about an hour of use on and off, water leaked into the camera and destroyed it. After the company checked it and decided it was our fault, I can only assume that a friend or relative has picked it up off the side of the pool to have a closer look and maybe opened a latch but not closed it properly.

I just want to warn people to be very careful when using near water, even if you have checked it once, check it every time you go to place it under water after others may have touched it. I'd like to adjust my first Review. Ours leaked
