Oops. We have been giving my 5 year old son Pentavite for weeks. I just noticed tonight on the box it says refrigerate after opening. I hope he’s ok and should I throw it out now? Thanks in advance.
My son is two year and love the chewy tablets. What if he takes more than one Chewey tablet in one day?
My kids now take Spatone which is a natural form of liquid iron supplement for children & adults. You can drink it on its own or add it to a half cup of juice. What is the content of iron in each chewy tablet? If it was just a one-off I'm sure it'll be fine however always best to stick to the recommended daily dose according to his age/weight.
