i ordered the sterilizer from amazon and used it only for 20 days and it just suddenly stopped working .. what should i try doing ? why did it stop working ?

Hi Saharm, We're sorry to hear your sterilizer stopped working. Please check the following things: The appliance switches off after each sterilizing process. The appliance must cool down for about 10 minutes after a sterilizing process before you can switch it on again for a new sterilizing process.

Check the appliance for damage.

Check if the electrical outlet to which the appliance is connected is live.

If your appliance still doesn't work or if it's damaged, please contact Philips Consumer Care at 1300 363 391.
