Jams after a cpl months – Trimmer started to jam after only a few months use. Found that running it under water after each stroke seems to assist it, but I might as well just use a razor. Pretty disappointing for a trimmer that wasn't exactly cheap.
Hi guys, yes it is clean. I feel like it is a lubrication issue as just a tiny bit of water gets the blades going for a period then it will seize again even without using. Maybe it needs some oil but have never had this issue with other razors

Big mistake! – After the first few uses the machine started to regularly jam! I had to turn it off and on multiple times before I could continue using it. Now, it only remains on for a couple of seconds and that's without even touching the face, then it becomes very slow along with an unusual noise and stops working. I've made sure that the machine and the attachments are all clean. The machine is still under warranty and the worse part is that I've sent an email to the address provided by the Philips Australia website and asked for the help without any response whatsoever!

Hey Ben, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We regret to hear your trimmer keeps jamming. Have you already checked if there aren't any hairs stuck in the motor or blades. We recommend giving the trimmer a good clean, hopefully, that works for you. If the problem still persists we would like to ask you to reach out to us via Facebook or Twitter. Our experts would love to assist you further.
Kind regards,
