Terrible cameras provided – STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY ! This company is such a disappointment. Cameras stop working on exactly the 2year mark. Warranty shows 3yrs on the cameras ,they say are 12months warranty only. camera and their products if you want cameras to work long term. They are definitely into to make money and when the cameras stop working they are refusing to replace or help out . Unless we want new cameras installed . I will be reposting on all socials to advise.

Terrible after sales service – After sales service was awful. No staff available to sort out issues.

Unprofessional - under quote and cancel install – Contacted them 7 months after first initial contact due to being assaulted outside my home. the job” “we have under quoted and the person no longer works here” ummmmm how unprofessional is this, blaming someone else and not upholding the business quote. Upon calling him to discuss he basically fobbed me off saying I’m not doing the job, you can pay much more or go away. So so so unprofessional!

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! They underquote, try to upsell multiple times and then don’t even go ahead on the accepted agreed quote.blame others and not take ownership of their own pricing.

cameras and 6 smoke alarms installed in a matter of hours. Once the system was installed Brandon installed the 2 apps onto our phones and took my wife and I through how to work the apps to get the most out of our system. My wife and I are very happy with the work PROCCTV did and the quality of the system they installed was top quality. We would recommend PROCCTV to anyone who is interested or wanting to install a CCTV system or smoke detectors.
