Queensland, pump home based business and Pumpmaster Distribitor, at a heavily discounted price (too good to be true) and buying two pumps a further dicount is given. Other Pumpmaster models are not stocked or sold by this seller, only the JSL130 lemon.

Contacted the Pumpmaster Distributor on FB and PumpMaster head office in Melbourne in March 2022, with video attached, waiting for a reply. No reply from head office in Melbourne or from the FB seller [Name Removed]. PumpMaster Warranty person for Queensland advised me not to post more Utube videos of other pumps from the Maroochydore area, unless the pump is leaking in the first two years, after two years NO warranty, so not interested.

The flexing bowl is not a warranty issue, it is a MANUFACTURED DEFECT, so a replacement is called for, problem is a replacement pump may well still have the same manufacturer defect, company solution- NO WARRANTY - NO MANUFACTURE DEFECT, so will do NOTHING.

DO NOT BUY PUMPMASTER PUMPS.

To make any sort of warranty claim is near impossible. The flexing stainless bowl, electric Pump Controller unit, mechanical seal, capacitor, lead and bearings, are not covered under warranty. Besides no spare parts are stocked or available for a warranty claim. The only spare part in the 2022 catalogue is a "pump suction kit". NO mechanical seals, capacitors, bearings, electric pump control unit or stainless pump bowl has ever been stocked, available or sold. Only buy pump brands like Grundfos, DAB, Onga and Davey pumps, as they all back their pumps and do stock and sell spare parts.

Dec 2022 update - more defective pumps are appearing on the Sunshine Coast, on pumps that are 3 years old, and no repair is possible, as they are out of warranty. The price is crashing down as the quality of this Tewainese pump is in question.
