Complete rubbish be warned do not use anything from this brand not even worth the 1 star – I only wish I had checked here first, after spending my money on this rubbish. I have two small dogs. I bought the heart worm, flea, tick treatment and everything else’s in between. I bought from the supermarkets and nothing has work, to many times I care to remember. My fault, trying to save money in the first instance by not being ripped off by… Read more

the other brands which charge a crap load more, you would assume it was for the same thing, but actually works. In the end, it would have being cheaper to go for the expensive brand. A very expensive lesson learnt for me. Do not buy anything regarding this brand, until they stop scamming people with rubbish that doesn’t work is my suggestion. Lord only knows everything else there flogging can only be just as bad. Before publishing this they give you an option to mediate. What a joke, don't bother. No matter how much evidence you provide that you've covered everything several times over, yes even the environment. They some how continue to repeat themselves like a broken record, but cannot explain exactly what it is that we are pumping into our fur families, by using their products. Offering a voucher, instead of the full refund I made clear I wanted, doesn't cut it when they have no right to dick tate what compensation is appropriate. I told them what they can do with the voucher, and the lame response to my concerns. I for one will not leave it here, they will be held accountable via the class action I'm looking into, this is far from over. Reputation is key, I've got nothing to lose but to expose this brand / rubbish for it is. Not even worthy of the 1 star. I'm having to wait at least another month before I can administer anything from any other brand for either heart worm or fleas until I know the rubbish from this brand is no longer there system.

Do not buy! Complete utter rubbish? I think product maybe paraffin oil in disguise? – I bought x 2 of this product (total care flea shield for large dogs) and it is utter and complete rubbish! I washed both of my dogs with flea shampoo and regularly dust their bedding with flea power as well as using diamateaceous earth on the ground. (i have stone flaggings for flooring) i used this product as described on the pack and it did not… Read more

prove effective for even one day! One of the more expensive products on the market, but probably the most useless! Very angry!

If you use it right it does alright! – I use this on my shar pei, which are known for skin issues. I wash him first to remove any adult bugs and when he is completely dry I apply this product. I also clean and vaccum the carpet, his bed and his dog kennel to remove as many live fleas as I can. It prevents the fleas and I am not in a tick prone area, but it gives me more confidence to… Read more

let him play outside. Continual use has been good for the fleas. I use the more expensive brands when we go for weekends away down the coast for ticks because I dont trust this cheaper alternative when it comes to ticks andit doenst treat paralysis ticks. It does leave a sticky stripe down his back for a day, but we deal with it and it soon absorbs. For the $25 it is worth it in my region. Obviously if you are in a heavily infested flea and tick area it might not be as successful and I dont trust it in known paralysis tick infested areas. Cheap and seems effective without causing itching on my shar pei's sensitive skin. Does leave a sticky line, wouldnt trust it in areas that I know have a high concentration of ticks or fleas.

Rubbish - our dog was also in agony – Had always wondered whether Frontline was a rip off so decided to try this. First difference - you apply up the whole back not just a small section on back of neck like frontline. It then turns clumps of hair in the region all greasy and yuck. Then our dog starts to snort and keeps turning towards her back in a jerking fashion, for the next… Read more

evening. Then she starts to jump up all of a sudden and run off. She continually goes outside urgently to rub herself over the hedge as if to scratch. This has lasted for 48 hours and she doesn't want to play and is in a terrible mood. We have just given her a wash to get rid of it - hopefully her condition will improve Much cheaper than frontline - now we know why Was torture for our dog

Flea control – I am a pensioner. my little dog had a flea, so trusting your products I purchased it for $25.00 a lot of money for me. I treated my 2 dogs and later read the small print only to find it did not kill adult fleas and now I have to get another product at further cost. This is outrageous as this fact was only printed in small print. i will not buy the… Read more

I'd rate it around 3.5-4/5 – I'm surprised people have been giving this product a one, as our family has used this product for quite some time. Although this is probably because we use it for a slightly different purpose; we use a little on our dog after his baths and it works well in keeping the bugs away. Noticeably less scratching and less skin irritation after use. Keeps bugs away; dog scratches less Dog is not a fan of the smell

Terrible doesnt work – I thought wow, a cheaper alternative flea control. To my disappointment this product does NOT work. I googled the ingredients and it says that it is a great treatment for fleas, where are these people getting the results from??? I just don't understand. I followed the instructions and to no avail. If it worked, it would of been cheap and easy product. If it worked. It simply did not eliminate the fleas.
