When Scanning an image a Yellow warning triangle sits centre of screen preventing any progress. Brand new machine and SD card. Anyone have a clue ? Tony

Maximum size of SD card allowed
I scanned a large number of photos to a SD card. When I inserted another SD card, it asked me to restart, which I did. When I restarted the scanner, the Mode button did not work, so I could not do any more scanning. ANY SOLUTIONS?

Same question as Lisha from 2 years ago on this page (and I don't think she got a solution). Have scanned hundreds of slides successfully onto a memory card , then transferring to my MacBook. All of a sudden I get "memory error" up when trying to save scan to the card. Thought I might try a brand new card, but got exactly the same message straight up. Anyone have any ideas?
Photo has fallen off of the photo holder and is now stuck inside the QPIX machine. It's blocking the scan ability. Is there a way to open the machine to retrieve the photo that is stuck inside?
I had the same problem. Carefully insert am piece of cardboard in to straighten the photo and it may be possible to withdraw it. HINT: Old photos may be curled. Try to straighten them before inserting.

I have the PS970H and have scanned over 500 photos. I now have a square shadow in the middle of my screen. I don't know how to get rid of it and when I scan it, it shows on my scanned photo. Any help?
I have the exact problem. Square shadow in picture. When sliding empty tray can see it/ the light.
