Raco Simply Red

Very satisfied with product and customer service – I purchased in May this year and very happy with it so far. I had a small problem with the 24cm lid handle where the silicone washer broke. Although this didn't affect it's use I contacted customer service and they promptly replaced the lid without question. The Simply Red product is discontinued but they provided something similar they believed would fit and it was ok. They also asked me to contact them if it didn't fit and they would then look at how they could resolve for me.

Awesome purchase! – Bought this set for my daughter for xmas. She has happily been cooking up a storm everyday since. There is a pot or pan for every occasion. The color is amazing and looks great when cleaned and left on your stove top. Looking forward to buying one for myself and adding a baking dish to the set. Affordable. Stylish. Non stick. Easy clean.
