Why discontinue a good product – Been looking for this for ages. Other radiant laundary products not as effective. Loved the cleaning and scent it left behind on washed clothes. Smelt clean. Dont need alot as it's a concentrate. I put it directly into dispenser not cap with clothes as directed. Worked wonderfully - no issues or mishaps. Show details

Where has it gone? – So disappointed that we can't find Cusson's Radiant Gel any more. Bought it first online and used it for two years (bought a lot!) then bought 2 more cartons of six - only have three left so started looking again and ... WHAT ARE THEY THINKING? I think it was fantastic, good with grey water system too! I can't find anything else nearly as good!

Absolutely love it – Have just read the opinions of others and I am shattered that the Radiant Gel is no longer available. I dispute the measuring cap cracks up as I have never experienced that after over a year of using it. It cleans better than any competitors products and the smell is great for clothes of either sex. great product perhaps they should have spent more time promoting the product instead of replacing it with an inferior product. I have tried the other Cussons laundry products and none equal the now obsolete Gel.

Why did they remove Radiant Gel – I have a theory about the removal of a wonderful product. I believe Cussons removed the gel and replaced it with the liquid capsules purely for financial reasons. The gel was great and to extent you could eek a little more out of the bottle by using a bit less. With the liquid capsules you do not have that choice and the capsules are expensive.

Where does all the good stuff go & why – Loved Radiant Gel - did all it was supposed to do without leaving any "filler" residue on my clothes. Then the major supermarket chains dropped it from their shelves and now it appears to be unobtainable. Wish Cussons would bring it back

pretty good – I used to buy the radiant gel from chemist warehouse and squeeze it to get going even though it cleans the clothes it also the cap is a bit harder to measure and when putting the lid back on spills / it's a great washing liquid though radiant washing liquids work better in warm water / I totally recommend it especially for people who don't mind using warm water to wash their clothes

Radiant Gel was/is perfect for my needs – BUT after contacting the major grocery chains, yes both of them, I got a reply saying, that due to consumer choice of products altering, it is not available from them. Not to be outdone I contacted Cussons, online and the product does not appear on any of their lists. So I'm afraid another 'perfect for me', product has disappeared. very good product – I was a bit doutful about buying cleaning products over the net but I have to say that I found that Radiant Gel supassed my expectations and I wuold recomend this product to all my family and freinds because this gel that I got runs rings around any powder product that I have used in the past plus it is very good value and exellant value. inexpensive

Brought this on whim and love it – I brought this, as it was on special and they didn't have the normal liquid I would use. products. I have found no problem with the cap, and hasn't broken on me. I use a front loader but. At first I put the gel directly into the unit and I would do it again if your to lazy like I get sometimes to remember the cap. Smells Great, Washes Fantastic. small packaging and price but worth it

The cap breaks – I bought two bottles of the gel for my top loader (no agitator) and with both the leave in cap which dispenses the gel cracked after a couple of washes. great product – uses only a small amount to get a great wash. would definately buy this product again. it smell nice and small container easy to fit into small laundry cupboards. doesn't leave any of the bright blue on clothes or towels, like other blue products I have used before. very economical.

the work smell is no longer there the radiant Gel take away the work smell, oil, grase.ect. even when I put the cloth into the dryer the house smells unbeliveable, gives the hole house a clean & fresh smell. Love Radiant Gel – I have been using this for the last 3 months and have absolutely loved it. It fill our home with a nice 'clean laundry' smell. Not very satisfactory – The powder and liquid still prove to be the best when it comes to get rid of common stubborn stains, Not this one, Radiant Gel is super expensive and it does not do a decent cleaning job. Happy customer – I've used other Radiant products before and so far it never dissapoints me. Love the small container, safe some storage space (although the design could be improved, it's not easy to handle). Also love the gel texture-- just use little with no mess and no waste. Not the best laundry detergent i've used – Although it is reliable for washing clothes, im not sure if i would buy again. I don't like that you throw the lid in with your load. We have forgotten several times to take it out and it has ended up in the dryer with the clothes as it gets caught up in the load. flip cap, they could easily empty washing liquid all over the floor or worse, try to ingest it. The container is an odd shape too.

I feel like you use so much more detergent when you use liquid. I tried to use less as the recommended dose just seemed like too much Cleans your clothes. Not the best design.

Egg shaped container not easy to manage – This is not so much about the gel itself, but about the shape of the container - perfectly shaped to slip right through your fingers. The gel sticks to any part it touches, and if any gets onto the container it makes that surface super slippery. If [when] the egg shaped container slips through your hands while doing any of this especially if they are wet, then the clean up is laborious, creates its very own slip and fall surface if it gets on the floor, and takes an age to clean up.

Not recommended for anyone with arthritic hands or who has difficulty in holding large items, definitely not safe around children. An 18 month old of my acquaintance had, under supervision, the outer shell, and the inner flip lid open in under a minute, and was then ready to tip out the contents

In my experience, the gel did not dissolve well, and there were traces left on the some of the clothes - front loaders using very little water. I am not happy about being told to put the outer shell directly into the washing machine as this effectively puts neat gel directly onto dry clothes. Container hard to handle Poor container design
