treadmill. It started there. She has recently been diagnosed and struggles with social situations. I am forever reiterating … love your body. Own this. We got this. I am implementing really great ‘private’ events for really cool aged based activities. With her friends, sister and brothers’ girlfriends, and yes occasionally I get to go too, ha! Well she is 13.

So I really needed a fast response. I knew I had to keep her excited about this. Justus did that.

With the cost of appointments, travel and other, I really needed something I could afford too. Justus did that.

He even talked me out of a more expensive machine. Truly, the best professional advice.

I have had a treadmill before, she was a tot then and it was the best clothes rack I ever had. Haha. I’m not doing this for me but I will certainly be doing it with her.

Whatever is your motivation. Channel your own 13 year old self making choices or at least feed off the energy from a little 13 year old that was brave enough to say ‘I know I’m different but I really want to feel good’ … and call Justus.
