Bought RealTV after a friend recommended it here in Australia. Really happy with the channel selection, especially for Indian shows and live cricket. Setup was quick and the box is easy to use. So far the experience has been smooth and reliable
Been using the Real TV Hybrid 2 daily and it genuinely works well. Setup was quick, channels run smoothly, and switching to apps is easy. No major issues so far, pretty satisfied.
Hardware aka TV box supplied not good. The interface is not very user friendly. Programs uploaded are mostly CAM version. Irritable ads everytime you turn on the tv. I use both real and Cruze and Cruze is far more user-friendly without irritable ads then real TV. Do not waste your hard earned money on real TV. Show details
Follow-up · Not good....the remote of the real TV box interferes with my tv remote capability...user interface not friendly at all....it does not have capacity to save the show where you left it from.... Will I recommend it NO....will I buy it again NO... To anyone who is thinking id buying this tv box just stay clear and spend you hard earned money somewhere else.

superb to watch have been with real tv now for almost past 5 years no complains.
Yes their customer calling service is not great but via email gets quicker response & gets fixed if any issues, renewals all online so very easy to process. At times they don't update VOD channels but 1 email fixes it if new episodes start. So overall they are not bad i would recommend to have NBN connection try not to use WIFI if you have slow speeds. Network it then you will love the series of English & Hindi channels wont say more until you experience like i have experienced

Real TV is absolute rubbish. I had World TV before RealTv. Besides buffering isssues on occasions, it never had a problem. RealTV is the worst. The only resoanbly good thing is the menu. Avoid at every cost. I think the people who sell this get a good commission, therefore they sell this to customers aggresively. Stay away from RealTV. ITS A REAL PRO LEM.
Worst quality of this product – Worst, please guys don’t spend money on it even Hybrid3 and Real x. They simply download from other websites all the time, there is picture quality, they mentioned 8k movies and videos and it’s fake .

worse, I reached out to customer service several times through whatsapp and phone, only to be met with complete silence. Not a single response or acknowledgment of my queries. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had with any product.
I cannot recommend this product to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere—there’s nothing worse than a defective product coupled with a company that doesn’t care about its customers.

answer and asked me to pay 100$ to get another box. They should advertise the product properly as the hardware lasts max 1-1.5 years only. On top of that you have to recharge every year. Do not recommend this product to anyone.

Don't buy it – I have bought it few weeks ago & and box freezed alot and crashed. Every morning it stuck on try again with Android logo on top left screen. Reset the box, but no luck. Tried Internet cable but same issue. Contacted support not answering call as well no reply from chat window. I would strongly recommend dont buy it.
