Please don't be fooled by all the fake positive reviews! – Terrible product. Constantly buffers like crazy, my poor farther for years has been calling me to complain but there's nothing I can do for him as we are dealing with a business with zero ethical standards. Entertainment Plus – This is an amazing way to stay connected to our home land here from Australia . The variety of shows gives us viewing pleasure through the whole day and night. The ability to FWD , REV and pause is sooo good too. Love it Show details
Outstanding customer service – We had a problem with our old device. Got in touch with Reelplay and the response time along with the customer service I received was impeccable. I emailed on Friday night and had the new device delivered the following Tuesday. The communication process was hassle free.
Great Service – We bought the Arabic package and we are really happy with the great Service as well as the big variety of channels. This is exactly what we are looking for.

Not impressed – I'm not happy with the service as I couldn't return the device and get a refund after trying it for a few weeks because it was complicated to manage especially for my elderly mother, who I got the device for. So I lost the $ and now have a device I can't use. Not happy :(

Greek TV company based in Hong Kong constantly asking for payment and useless support – Reelplay Box keeps coming up every few months asking for payment, but I paid for 2 years in advance. This confuses the oldies, and they want to pay again. Support is non-existent, just a chat line and never helpful. I always ask for receipt, but they state they never give receipts. number and cancelled my 81-year-old mums' subscription without her authority which is a privacy issue as his feelings were hurt from a bad review from me and I'm not the customer. I just have to deal with the constant issues with Reelplay for my mum. The review hurt his feeling. The matter is now with Office of Fair trading and privacy commission as we paid $500 for a box which he now refuses to reimburse despite the cancellation coming from him, not us. [Name Removed] deactivated my 81-year-old mum's box. What a big man picking on old ladies? Don't waste your money on this company and pathetic staff. STILL WAITING FOR REFUND.

provider, I can assure it is not. It doesn't matter who you go with when your on NBN FTTP it all comes from NBN. It is what it is, hopefully the stream can improve for us all in the near future so we can all have a smooth viewing experience.

Excited, with numerous Italian channels – After the other provider lost their satellite & they weren’t able provide the Italian channels. My mother-in-law TV Technician recommended Reelplay services for the Italian station. Thank goodness, because it was driving my mother-in-law insane having no Italian station & now she’s enjoying numerous amounts of Italian channels on the reelplay provider. Show details

Excellent service, Italy at home – I signed up to Reelplay over a year ago to get Italian channels in Australia. The service is excellent. Not only does it have all the free to air Italian channels live, it has a history of the past 7 days so that you can go back and watch anything you've missed. Do not waste your money on a service that won’t work! – Very bad customer service . They forced customers to buy a new tv box HD-220 that is supposed to solve existing issues but it is worse that before . Service never work
Your streaming box has not worked for the past 3 weeks – I believe that for reasons out of your hands, the link to the overseas streaming is congested or not working It’s been two or three weeks with alternate poor results, Missing out on shows or continuously seeing buffering occurring on my screen ultimately you have to somehow fix the problem or reimburse the money?

they should buy a new box, even when the box in question is less than a month old! No real support, offering discounts and pushing sales very hard are not very good signs. Family and friends, with and without smart TVs, have found a couple of much better alternatives, that provide both sales AND support, and are interested in their customers FOR THE LONG HAUL. I will join one of them too.
This is terrible. Can't use it at all – Don't go for the new box. It's not working whatever you do. You can't return it or replace it. Very bad customer service. It's just another way to collect money without giving any service. Show details
This is poor service and telephones communications – This new box doesn't work probable. Also we can't communicate with them by phone for supporting but just selling. They wants us to drive away to fix the box by our self (just one month old) instead of changing it for us by sending another box or refund our money before the warranty period will expired. Unfortunately this new management doesn't make us continue the service. We used to have two boxes over the last years.
