This company is a scam. They don't return calls, they don't honour any vouchers you buy, you cannot book lessons on line with said voucher. I have been battling with this for over a year. Not one explanation. They just ignore any contact. I want my money back. You guys are a scam. People please do not use this driving school you would be better throwing your money down the toilet.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Didn't show up to driving lesson. No communication to advise of no show. Won't reply to messages, emails, or answer the phone. No refund. Have reported ACCC.

sent text messages that were not received. Refusing to a refund a teenage girl $255 for a service that was not delivered. Do not book with this company!! Would give zero stars if I could.

I booked these guys for my driving test and I did a quick refresher driving test before my actual test and their instructor Emmanuel was on point to everything he showed me that was exactly what the examiner ask me to do will definitely recommend and will use them again nxt time Jonathan
Do not book with this driving school they are not reliable, I booked with them and lesson was canceled that’s fine, booked a make up lesson because I had paid them already, they did not show up. I asked for a full refund which I was told they did but I never got a refund.

The driving school deceives my money on 9 Sep 2025. To avoid the surcharge from paying online with my debit card, I called the school to ask if any other payment method for the package of 2h lesson + car hire for the test. description of 2 hr. I called to ask question but he did not pick up the call. In order to secure the car for test I paid by bank transfer online. After that I called again, he said only 1 hr lesson+car hiring totally 2 hr as stated in the invoice, and I paid means I agree with it, then sms me a photo with same package name but a different description. Later I found on the school's website the 1h description is of another package named 1hr lesson + car hiring.
Few days before my driving test, I sms and called him to state that the sale is misleading and involving fake doc, no legal contract is formed, I don' use the school's service and demanded the full payment back. He sms me his cancelling policy which is subject to his jurisdiction plus 30% deduction of payment, while on phone said no refund. On the day of my driving test he sms me again the cancelling policy and another sms less than 12hr cancel no refund.
I called HSBC in the morning on 9 Sep to report about the scam and required retrieve the full payment back from his ANZ bank, and is still waiting for HSBC's info of which dates and what action HSBC has taken on ANZ
This school is a bloody scam. DO NOT USE THEM. They turn up late, cut lessons short and claim they completed the lesson. They don't answer calls and won't refund on lessons they don't turn up for. I am reporting them to Consumer affairs and exposing them on all social media platforms! If I could rate them zero I would. Don't trust the five star reviews either it's probably one of their own doing it to boost rating. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

I also checked the registration of the cars on their website and only one out of the five cars is actually registered! Don't hand over any money!
I almost set my fiance up for failure as I thought this was a reliable school with cheaper rates. The communication in this company is terrible which makes me question how is the business still running with so many bad reviews. The booking system does not work. leading up to the test date and the driver did not show up which caused unnecessary stress for the final day. I’m glad my fiance passed his test as he already knew all the basics and I’m trying to get a refund back for one driving class which they missed. I would highly recommend to stay away from this company. It’s a bit dodgy. During the test, the driving examiner commented that a lot of the things taught by the driving school was unnecessary and got p*ssed at my fiance. Perhaps it’s better to pay a little bit more in a more reliable driving school.
