Not working – Only worked for about two months not worth the money poor quality. Would have liked it if it worked very disappointed in this item. It is a complete waste of money

Waste of money – The two massaging spots are located on your shoulder blades, so it doesn't massage the parts of your back that actually hurt (ie above and below the shoulder blades). It is very loud - too loud to be relaxing and loud enough to cause a headache if you used it for long enough. Show details

Takes the pain away very quickly – I am very happy with my Relief Mat. Seems to make you feel very comfortable when ever you put it on any time day or night. Hubby also tries it out with the same wow its great.

Relief wrap – The heat settings are great and keep my back, neck and shoulders very warm which helps with my pain. The vibration part of the wrap is also a great benefit for my back, shoulders and neck. I am so glad that I have bought it.

not to bad wraps – I used it a lot but I find the motors of the massager sticks into my back slot. I have bad health problems . The heat works very well . so thank you for listening.

Just what I wanted – This is a fantastic product. Keeps you warm on the coldest of nights and the massager is terrific. Very happy. Thank you for making such a great item. I would thoroughly recommend and have done so to my friends, this item.

Helps a lot with pain – The only negative I can find is the noise of the wrap, which makes it hard to sit and relax and watch tv the positive is helps a lot with pain

Anazing – Brought this for my mum who has arthritis And she loves it so much it goes every where she dose best thing I have ever brought her Even I have used it and it’s simply amazing

Effective – It works. Gets too hot in fact. Will be very handy when winter returns. Had to wait for more stocks to come in and by the time I received it the worst of the winter weather had passed. Global kept me informed, so very satisfied.

Love it – Works well. Heat function is fantastic. It is so soft. The rollers can be a bit loud, but they work like a charm on the sore shoulders. Have highly recommended to others.

All over warmth – I love the all over warmth of the wrap how it covers your shoulders and right down your back as well as the front of your chest. the length of the cord. It's advertised with an extra long cord and it's really probably only a metre long so very restricting to a power point and doesn't allow you to move around much at all

So helpful for my sore neck – The wrap has been a great help to me in assisting to relieve me of neck pain. I would recommend this to anyone with pain or for just keeping warm.

Brilliant – Love my relief wrap - really helped with my neck pain however I thought the heat was right down the back & it wasn't. I also have lower back pain & the 2 big things dug into my shoulder blades when laying back on it. Also very noisy when have vibration on.

Relief Wrap – The wrap is extremely welcome during the "inbetween" seasons - when the cost of energy is too great to justify turning on the dual cycle air-condition but it's too chilly to sit comfortably in one's living room. The massage programme is an added bonus and does give temporary relief to joint pains. I agree some sort of clip/tie down for the bottom would not go amiss.

Pain Relief – Using nightly to help relieve pain in back and neck. It's very souving helps me to relax. After using my Relief Wrap it help me having a good nights sleep. I could not do without my Relief Wrap.

This is very good – My darling husband has chronic liwer back pain Due to a severe medical problem . Although the wrap doesnt cure him it gves him the opportunity to be more comfortable.

My wife loves it – I bought this for my wife as she has a sore back that plays up in the cold. She loves it and uses it regularly her only minor "complaint" is she would like some sort of clip/tie down for the bottom so it stays in place when she moves.

This is great – Having a degenerative back disease I find it the best solution to have the heat directed to the appropriate place. Much better than leaking hot water bottles or heat bead pads that only last about 1 hour

Cosy and provides back relief – This product has the advantage of including the shoulders as well as the back. A good idea for those suffering back pain all the way up the body. Not only the lower back but the neck and shoulders are included

Very happy – Both myself and my husband use the Relief Wrap and find that it is very relaxing after a hard day at work for those tired achy muscles, the heat option is also nice on cold days.

Product review – Great for sore shoulders and neck! Helps with pain in shoulders and neck after work. Would recommend this product to anybody who suffers with painful neck and shoulders. The warmth helps relieve the pain.

Literally couldn’t get through the day without it – I have a spinal injury and for years have tried to find a way of keeping my muscles warm so as not to spasm constantly. Since buying the wrap I use it for hours everyday. It keeps the muscles warm and the light vibration is just enough without being to hot or too intense.

effective – The heat wrap is effective in keeping shoulders and back warm. The beads that are in the wrap are falling out of the wrap material , its only been utilised a couple of times. It appears the material is quite thin at the bottom of the wrap where the beads are coming out from.

Lovely and warm on my back and shoulders – I have arthritis in my back and shoulders and found the wrap to be very beneficial. The massage was just a buzzing sound with not much massaging going on. I would have liked a tie around the waist to keep the wrap in place. Other than that, I found the wrap really helped with my pain. A good massage would have been the icing on the cake tho'

Fantastic – I bought a wrap for my mum (she’s 82) as she always wore a blanket in the evening during cold weather as her back & shoulders would get cold & ache, she absolutely loves it & always comments on how great it is, needless to say she no longer uses a blanket.

Great for sore backs! – Have used the wrap a few times now, it's great, lovely and warm without being to hot, the only negative is that I would of liked to be able to feel the massage pads a bit more, the way it is at the moment is a warm buzz, I would like an actual massage, so making the pads move more would be great

Great product – I got it for my mum and she loves it use it all the time when her back is aching and she thinks it’s great to use when ever she needs it
