24/7 & have quite a few renpho products all of which are still working fine aside from the shiatsu massager that sits over shoulders. Anyhow this latest experience has renewed my faith in renpho & I will continue purchasing their products. If the customer care is there then you will see customer loyalty follow. Thank you renpho. Orig: I puchased a shiatsu massager & took very good care of it. I used it twice weekly, three times at most, so not excessively heavy use. I purchased it 5 September 2021 & it just stopped working on 17 December 2023 so it appears renpho massagers last 2 years maximum with mild use & probably less with heavy use. This throw away consumerism is beyond a joke. What a waste of money & I really need this as a disabling chronic pain sufferer. So if buying renpho expect to need to buy a replacement at or near 2 year mark. No wonder warranties by renpho are only 1 year. I suspect decent or heavy use means replacement purchase needed just over 1 year when outside of warranty! I might just soothe pain the old fashioned way through alcohol & meds!

really helps after a long day at work. You can adjust the pressure by pulling tighter on the arm holders and it does get in and do what you’d expect. You can also move it around but be careful not to go too hard in any one area.

Like I said, it cost under $60! Have realistic expectations and, by no means will it ever replace a human massage, Physio, Chiro or Osteo. But. It may help you get over a hurdle. Genuinely recommended for the price. We have ordered the foot massager from the same brand on the basis of this purchase (review and delivery pending).
