This is hands down the best thing I have ever bought. Its the one thing I can not live without. I have had it for about 3 weeks. and it was no where near that price....this is an Australian company, it comes with 15 years warranty, its better than all the other brands. I was in pain with some of the other brands the massage was so hard. The Chi-link has so many different modes. It comes with extra cushions and a cover to put on when its not in use. It massages your entire head, neck, back and glutes. It has air bags for your arms, hands and shoulders. It massages the calves and your feet. It has heat that can be put up and down. It has an LCD screen and is voice activated. Everything is adjusted from the screen infront of you.....its so easy to use. This is relaxing, its comfort, im on my Chi-Link in the morning to wake up and im on at night to sleep better. the rollers for your feet was a nice surprise my old chair didn't have them. I found the staff was easy to work with and will go to extra lengths to keep the customers happy i use my chair almost every day and if im not in it my wife and all my friends love using it. The clever design allows the chair to be place close to the wall and can lay back all the way with out hitting it it is made with high quality parts and fells very sturdy and is very comfortable to sit in. with these things, he was told to call me. However instead he decided to prey on my father. We were told that if it was not okay it could be returned so he paid the final payment in early January 2024 we did not receive it until then. I Contacted them on the 25th January to tell them it was not working properly and was unsatisfactory and not suited to my father that it had caused my father issues with his feet that made it impossible to walk for 3 days. Sales person said his supervisor would contact me i messaged them many times i got no reply. I sent them an email on my fathers behalf they returned and email asking how they could help. I called and spoke to [Name Removed] the Boss as he called himself . He was extremely rude and dismissive told me i could not get a refund as it was past time i told him that if they had returned my calls and messages it would have been within the 30 day return time . He said he did not care and there would be no refund i told him i would put this review online he said he did not care as the owner knows hoe to get rid of bad reviews and problem people. I hung up after his threats they are a very unethical threatening company do not deal with them.

, bouncing loud at my back when massaging which was painful and also never made warm and heat up as premised for NDIS. their customer service was not polite not responsive and not organized. I chose to not to proceed with my order and asked them to pick the wrong chair from my apartments. they went in to manipulative circle of arranging pick up and not picking up on that schedule. then forced harassing debt collector on me under excuse that lack of cooperation from my side.
