I just love my Masseuse physio + massage chair. I love getting into the chair late afternoon or before bed. The heat function in winter is the best. The chair helps my back pain and is so relaxing. excellent. My wife an ICU nurse has already felt the benefit for her problematic neck and back. We couldn’t recommend the Masseuse chairs and associated service more highly.

Follow-up · My wife, a nurse, uses the chair 4-5 times each week to relieve back pain and stress. She mainly uses the Total Relaxation mode but also uses the Neck and Shoulder and Leg and Foot Relieve functions regularly. We are very pleased that we purchased the Chair.

a few out, and from that we bought a different model as was such a better overall massage and experience. I would definitely recommend trying them before you buy! But so worth it!
Follow-up · The happiness consultant, told us about a health scan you can do there and then, I do it every time I use the chair, and it workd ourt what you need and does that program. This model is better than lower prices one, as it goes underneath around the seating so does underneath your body.

beginning position after the session, but I was told this is for safety, just in case someone falls asleep the chair doesn't potentially make you fall forward if it was to reset itself to the beginning position. So to get it back into position, you need to turn it back on and then turn it back off. I'm looking forward to many more sessions in our chair, which we have affectionately called 'Sven, the masseur' ;) The company has also kept checking in, for instance a day after delivery, to make sure everything went smoothly, which it did. The guys from the white glove service were very careful when bringing in the chair and not scraping past doors etc. Very friendly guys. You can follow their trip coming towards your address on the day off delivery, which is convenient. Once they were here, they set the chair up in a short time. The company checked in again after 2 weeks to see how we are going with using the chair. So very good customer service and follow up...!

Hits the right spots thanks to the intelliscan, and has override options to focus on where you want the rollers to stay on and the manner of how it massages. thing that I failed to consider while choosing the model though was that I would have loved two-part (upper and lower) arm massagers, I think the next higher model would have that if that is what you’re after too.
Finally I would like to commend their customer service. They are very proactive and have the initiative of calling you to follow through with your requests or inquiries, or even to check on you periodically if the product works well. I did have a bit of a dilemma at first when I felt and knew that the first item I received didn’t work as well as their floor models. I bought Masseuse specifically cause I knew from trials how good their chairs are. I knew what to expect. You have to know how it is supposed to perform to check your item. Again, fortunately they have such a supportive customer service team who checked on the item and had it replaced without additional costs and without too much stress on my end. the Underwood store, fantastic lady, let me try out the chair for as long as I needed to, no sale pressure, making sure it was meeting my requirements, showing me how it works. Rez also created an amazing offer for me and I was even given free shipping and I live rural, just north of Chinchilla Qld. So that was an amazing offer in itself. I have had a follow up call two weeks after receiving the chair, to check delivery went well and if the chair is still meeting my needs. I have to be honest, I'm absolutely stoked with it, love that I can adjust pressure, as Im quite sensitive to touch. Has improved my sleeping, migraines and chronic pain where I am able to settle it, without having to resort to meds. It has actually helped with my swelling in my legs. Which cause me to be laid up too, its really be a game changer for me personally. I hope that if other read this it will help them, as with chronic illness, pain and migraines, its quite debilitating and this has given some quality of life back to me and helping me manage things better.
