did I sent my son the video of her and asked him if he thought it was real or if it was AI because it looked too good to be true and usually that means it is, but in this case it really was Dawn Fraser in one of the masseuse massage chairs, so my son asked me to try the different ones at a shop closest to us and he would buy one for me (wasn't expecting that) but I did and coincidentally, with all the ones I tried, for me personally, (and my many injuries I carry) the "Physio Plus" was the one that I felt most comfortable in It was non-interustive and it literally sends me to sleep because I get in it every single night without fail before going to bed (as well as through the day when i have a painful nerve attack) but I always fall asleep after two or three sessions, of different types of massage, depending where I'm needing it the most, on the day & I would have happily continued to save up for one if my beautiful son hadn't bought it for me It's become a true safety net for me I feel the heat setting working in conjunction with my lower lumber pain & after plugging in my tablet to the usb port and my phone, I often hop in with my dinner & watch my favourite programs I also have a beautiful pink throw rug that I lay over me & I truly feel the love that my son has sent me by purchasing this chair, I can honestly say I haven't felt this safe with & grateful for anything like it in my 59 years of life. something different, it is next level compared to any massage chair you have tried before. I can not rate this highly enough it is so comfortable, yet it can be firm, real firm, when cranking up the air and 3d the physio plus turns into a chiropractor and manipulated and cracks my back oh so smoothly and softly. I haven’t felt this good and pain free in 20 years. If you suffer from aches and pains the massless physio + is a miracle. To me it’s a medical grade therapeutic necessity in my life from this moment on.

Great communication with the team, delivery and installation team were great and gave a good overview on how the chair operates. The chair itself is great, multiple modes to try and I find mixing up the modes is very useful for working on my back, neck, legs makes it easier to use. 20 minute sessions is handy if you need a middle of the day relaxation and double up sessions at night work for me. Followed up with a phone call from the company to check I was going ok and to offer further support to ensure I was getting the most out of it. This was about 6 months ago and I got another call checking I was still happy and asked if I needed any further help. I bought this chair as I had recently suffered the sudden loss of my husband of 37 years. I deeply missed touch and was in a terrible state of trauma that had my body still and constantly in pain. The chair has gently massaged the pains away and given me relaxation and comfort. I feel that I'm moving better than ever, and because of that, I've increased my exercises and walking, so have lost weight. At night when I can't sleep, I hop into the chair and it relaxes me so I can quickly go to sleep. I can turn the heat on my back too so it has been a wonderful space to spend time on a cold winters day. My dog loves hopping on my lap while I'm in the chair and enjoying the gently movement too. I cannot recommend highly enough. My sons come and use it to relieve their aching muscles. I've got other friends who have other brands but they all say that after trying mine, they are disappointed in theirs.
