Its fabulous when it works! It lasted less than six months after receiving if for xmas from my neighbour who also brought herself one. I didn't use it for the first two months but when I did, it lasted approx 3 months. While using it the ball mechanism made a clicking noise and everything stopped. PLEASE dont waste your money!! I rang their number but received no response.

Works perfect if you are not broken – I have been using Resteck's Kneading Massager for 2 weeks, and it is a very useful and well made product. Keep in mind that if you are broken, you need medical attention and surgery. This is not a magic wand, but does relieve minor pains and aches. Also it works well in breaking up congestion around lungs using the heat function, if worn properly.

Purchased in for $60.

Next to Useless – I have been looking for the magic bullet to get a decent home massage and have yet to find one device that lives up to the promise. This one, is for the neck , I think, but according to the adverts you can use it any where n the body which is a questionable claim . I find all these types of neck massagers are the same ,give or take a mode or two. Basically its two wheels that rotate with 3 or 4 hard plastic nodules protruding on both sides of the neck region. You have to pull down on the straps to exert some force and to position these on the neck area. I am sure no research has been done to consider what actually fits the neck. These are usually found in any massage machine, a one size fits all approach or better known as hit or miss. I can say they are way over priced and don't really work , accept to give you some more pain to your neck and your hip pocket nerve. Maybe one day someone will invent a massager that is actually fit for purpose, this is not one of these.
