do not buy - they stain. must wash by hand – NO NOY PURCHASE. They stain in Dishwasher. see reply from RW below. "We often hear of rust spots- pitted marks- streaking appearing on the cutlery surface (especially the knives), but I can assure you that our 18/10 stainless steel is impermeable to rusting and thankfully this is only aesthetic and not a manufacturing fault which can easily be rectified. At Robert Welch we do not recommend washing your cutlery with other metals in the sink or dishwasher, Using a small amount of your cream cleaner with a microfibre cloth, carefully buff the affected area to remove any rust spots. Wash in warm soapy water, dry thoroughly and buff with a clean, microfibre cloth" I will let you the reader decide for yourself.
Purchased in at David Jones.
Quality product – We have owned the steak knives for over six years and recently purchased the full cutlery set to match. Very pleased with the quality, style and weight in your hand. Just need to add the coffee spoons to the set as the teaspoons are only just long enough for the mugs of coffee we enjoy. Purchased the napkin rings, tea light candles and tall candle holders also. All beautifully weighted and look very stylish on the table. Serving spoons & forks finished the collection. Arrived brilliantly packaged.
