prepare to use the dustpan – I love the concept of this litterbox and it's certainly one of the better models I've used. Unfortunately the hole the litter scoop sits it seems to have been hand-cut or poorly done, as it doesn't properly fit the scoop. Litter pours out of the scoop hole every time I use it (despite me holding the scoop in place) so it's still a fair amount of effort. Would love to see a refined version. Show details

1 minute to clean litter without vending knee, need extra large size! – I have two boys, 6kg and 7kg and bought large size. I really wish extra large is available. They use it, but not enough room to move around. I love this product as it takes 1 minutes to clean both without vending my knee. Need to use really good quality clumping litter. while rolling and dirty the box itself. Needed to clean the box more often. Now moved to good quality one ($20/10kg) and keep the box much cleaner and last longer (probably more than 3x).

Need to have really good wash of box itself once in few weeks. Smell tends stays in box and my cat stops using it.

Good product – Makes cleaning the litter box much, much easier. Must use good clumping litter otherwise the litter can break apart. Rolling gets most of the waste but once a week I scoop up the little bits too.

Great Design but my Cat misses the mark – Brought this item after seeing how easy it was to use on line, and to prevent my poor old knees from bending down to the floor each day to pick up a heavy tray. after three weeks, she will pee in it, but every day I have to clean up number two's off the floor from outside the entry area to it. I am at my wits end with this problem, as she is a indoor cat, and does this business every night just after I go to bed, which means she then tells me very loudly that she has done so and will not sleep until I go into the laundry to clean up the mess. So currently I am worse off with this product.

Wondering if any other cat owners are having the similar situation, and if so, any great advice would be helpful.

I really like the design of this litter box, and felt it was going to be of great benefit to both myself and my cat.

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars to it, is because it may not suit all cats.
