I bought this item only 6 months ago for a whopping $1000 knowing it had a warranty i felt at least a little protected. Unfortunately my rabbit chewed my power cord. I messaged them and explained the situation they said use another power cord which I did then the litterbot didn't turn on again I again messaged them and they said buy our brand power cord and i did ($80!) and it still didnt turn on! After another back and forth they ended saying thats not there fault I have to buy a whole other base!!!! Last time i checked if YOUR machine isnt working that seems like a factory manufacturing fault to me! Wow incredibly shocked and disappointed that you can charge SO much yet offer so little help in return. I highly regret wasting so much money when a litter tray and scoop works just fine dont waste your time and money on this box of junk.

Life changing! This Litter-Robot 4 has completely changed my life. It has freed me of the disgusting chore of having to clean the litter box, forever! I was recently unwell, and it was during this time that I realised how valuable the Litter-Robot 4 really was. The last thing I could of handled was having to deal with the smell, and cleaning a dirty litter box. The Litter-Robot completely removed all odours, allowed my cats to go to the toilet whenever they want, and I didn’t have to do a single thing other than thank the lord that this product is in our lives.
Cats are the cleanest animals in the world, and we as humans have made them one of the dirtiest. I don’t know anyone who would clean the litter box immediately after it’s been used. This in comparison would be the same as humans using the toilet and not flushing, letting the toilet fill up over and over again, that is what our cats are subjected to.. imagine all the germs being spread by the cats having to handle dirty litter, and walking all over the house!
This Litter- Robot is now keeping our homes hygienic, odour free, and our cats are healthy and happy.
This is one of the best investments I have made to date as it has given me my freedom. I no longer have to worry about coming home to a smelly and dirty house.
Every cat owner must have a Litter-Robot 4!

My girls love it. Perfect addition to the cats play room.They were checking it out and trying to hop in whilst I was setting it up. After set-up they had both used it within 30 minutes with no issues. The monitoring is great. As it weighs my girls when they use it, I know who's going and when. This is very handy for when the vet asks how often your cat is toiletting. No smell...... at all. I previously had a cheap auto cleaning litter box. It stunk and constantly malfunctioned. Love the LR4. I once again have two happy cats with constantly clean and fresh litter.

2 cats, 3 litter boxes. It’s always been the most irritating task as we all know, and there’s been no way around it for maximum cat health and happiness. Additionally, as I live on the second floor in a relatively small apartment, the cats 1) can’t go outside 2) the amount of floor space that 3 decently-sized litter boxes take up is ludicrous. So, after reading multiple reviews, comparing multiple models, and waiting for 2 years to decide whether it was worth the pricey gamble, I finally went for it.
TLDR? LIFE IS GOOD.
First off, the communication and service from cat evolution was excellent. I don’t have any difficulties or technical issues but feel very reassured that if I do, they’ll help me sort it out.
Long explanation of my setup and usage, for those who are debating it:
1. It definitely is big - and because it has to be plugged in (duh, I know, but my apartment has very inconveniently located outlets) definitely grab a measuring stick and some painter’s tape so you can map out where you might want it. Even better, go to your local woolies or bottlo and grab a few cardboard boxes, because it’s more the height (volume) of it as far as the size goes that “feels” big. (It’s about…knee height on me?) That being said, it’s obviously still *significantly* less space consuming than 3 separate litter boxes, and 500% tidier, and 10000% less work.
2. Setup: Easy enough. Slightly perplexing when adding on the litter hopper initially - the Whisker app asks you whether you purchased them “together or separately” — but it doesn’t matter?? So ok…you have to disassemble the ‘hood’ and put on the litter hopper-compatible hood, and my single and only complaint about the machine re: quality

Litter robot 4 love it – Litter Robot 4 from Cat Evolution (Sydney). Communication and service wonderful from the team. Highly recommend. The robot is expensive, there’s no way to say other. Worth the save up…HUGE YES!!!! We have a large British shorthair that makes huge stinky deposits and leaves litter everywhere. We have been using a 35L storage tub as his litter box. The team at Cat evolution gave me some great tips to help the transition. We took our time and did the entire swap process. The purchase: Litter robot 4, recommended cat litter, waste bags. Came packed well. Easy Instructions, QR code, instructional videos and an app. The box is large and would not fit in my mid size SUV as must stay upright in transit. Unit feels sturdy. Upon connection had to reset wifi a few times (assuming telco issue..) Surprisingly quiet on cycle, a low hiss of the litter going through but nothing offensive. Smell is almost non existent. YAY!!! The waste bin is large and they state you can leave it for a week for 1 cat. Not sure if I’ll leave it that long, having large stinky ones deposited. It does have a carbon filter to help reduce smell. There’s less litter all over the floor too. I’m not sure if it’s the shape, but he’s not flicking it everywhere. Overall, love it, wished I purchased earlier. P.S just seen US has an auto litter top up hopper….hmmm???
