Ryobi 18V One+ 4.0Ah Lithium+ Battery Pack Questions & Answers

I have two Ryobi batteries: one 4Ah and one 2Ah. They both charge until the second bar turns green but neither battery will charge past this stage. The third bar just flashes red continuously, no matter how long they are left on charge. Does anyone know what can be done to make the batteries charge correctly to full charge, or should I return them back to the supplier?

Just bought the 4 pack of Ryobi 18 bolt 4ah batteries. I have charged 2 of them and has taken over ten hours and still not fully charged. Do I need a newer charger ? The harger works fine on older 2.5 , 4 and 5 ah batteries.

I purchased a Ryobi Lawn mower with a Lithium+4.0Ah battery one year ago. It used to mow my back lawn and the verge with out going flat. I have turned my back lawn into forest floor and planted 54 natives , so no longer need to mow it. NOW how ever I can not even mow my verge , approx 40 square metres without charging twice. Why is this!! I have always set my phone to alert when it will finish charging so as not to over charge!!!

what is the difference in length of usage, from full charge to empty, between a Ryobi 4ah and 6ah battery

HI,I just bought a new Ryobi PBLIWO1 high torque impact and my old 3ah batteries will only work for about 5 seconds and just shot off and has the lights blink 3 times or so??? do I need a high ah battery to run this high impact wrench!! this new Ryobi has 2 extra contacts in the battery slot when you put the battery in, the old batteries do not have these contacts??? HELP on any kind will be great!!! thank you JOE

battery two month old went to charge flashing green and red

charged my 18v 4ah battery up got solid green light on both batterys and they lasted about 10min they said 40min per battery

ryobi 4Ah battery, 6 months old. Problem just started, worked perfectly before. Now no matter how long on the charger, it will charge to 3 full green bars, but the 4th bar will only blink green (very fast). Runs tools much less than before, 3Ah battery lasts longer with same usage. Any help?

How long do you have to recharge the battery

Bought a brand new ryobi one plus 18v lithium high performance 4 ah battery today with its charger combo pack.apon my 1st plug in I noticed it was at two green bars when 1st plugged in.when I plugged it in a solid red light turned on and a green blinking light but on the battery itself it shows two full green bars and 1 blinking bar and one bar left unlit.after two hours of charging it is still only showing two full green bars and the 3rd one blinking still.it shows that it didn't get any additional charge in two hours? Is there something I'm doing wrong or don't know about?

does the battery need to be fully charged before use or can it also be partially changed

Hi I would like to know how long does a fully charged Ryobi battery last in a fan. I was told they last about 6-8 hrs. Than i am told they only last a couple hrs. I do dog events and would like to know what to expect.

Hi if the side terminal posts in lithium+18v batteryP108 are scratched at top with the connection for Bluetooth become better.. ? What will be a reason to what seems to me to damage the posts ?

I have a brand new Ryobi 18 V cordless mower 16 inches wide that came with two 4mah batteries I barely get 10 minutes out of a battery it’s because the grass might be wet or too high I tried to mow my front lawn today it’s not very big and two batteries and I was done in less than a half an hour this happened last time too is it the quality of the batteries or is it a bad unit should I return it I expected to last half an hour or so without slowing down

Is it normal for red light to flash on first change

My Ryobi battery not charging had red light on battery charger for two days but nothing else happing, never been a problem before charging Ryobi battery
