Great mobile modem/router which lets multiple people and devices connect at one time. Easy to connect via the QR code on the screen. The device fits in a pocket so can easily be carried at all times. Allow around 30 minutes for it to connect to the mobile networks on first use, after that device connects almost immediately once turned on. Show details ·  1

The connectivity of the modem/router is very good with good speed. Was ready to go right out of the box with very little effort to get connected. I travel for work throughout the US and Canada and this unit has worked without issues. Connects fast and easy, much better that hotel WYFY and VPN connection are a breeze. I work in a wood top of a hill signal was almost none existent you had to hunt about to find a signal.but with ryoko it almost back to normal only found one spot that difficult and last all day I am very happy with it. Show details ·  1

Ryoko is compact and easy to set up and use. It acquires a 4g network relatively quickly and by viewing the information on the router page the Ryoko can be moved to achieve optimum performance. time. I don't know if this is a consequence of having it on continuous charge? This problem is always successfully resolved by a reboot.

The only suggestion I would have to improve Ryoko would be to have an option to manually select a particular network from a list of available networks.

I rely on my Ryoko for my WiFi needs when public WiFi is not available and sometimes when I want a more private internet experience. It has been very effective so far and will get to try it internationally next month. Show details ·  1

Having this portable WiFi Hotspot has been a game changer. I like to do a lot of walking around forest parks and with my phone provider I was having trouble getting a data connection. real testing will be within one month from today when I travel away and there’s no other Service’s available within the surrounding area’s.

The slowest ever. Ryoko portable wifi If you want the slowest Internet possible. Ryoko is your answer. It's slower than my Nokia on restricted mode. You know the flip phone. That would restrict your data if you use too much. That phone is faster than the Ryoko portable wifi. It buffers while scrolling through your email.
