My only concern was that I was assured that my nearest post office would require ID for collection, but I found my cash in an outside locker and no ID was required. Second time we have used smoney to change money, really easy to do, just wish you could have the option to nominate another person to pick it up, other than that small thing it’s a 10/10. A few hiccups – The whole process was pretty easy. Although I wasn't happy about the urgency for a receipt. It made me nervous. Plus I was told to quote the consignment number. Easy no fuss way to buy overseas currency – I used S Money to buy Japanese Yen. Had it delivered to my local Post Office. The whole transaction was easy no fuss and I had my money within a week.
