Poor customer care and service – Don't confuse Salvos Home Care with the SALVOS not for profit we have all come to love and respect. The Care Plan is a joke, they copied it from someone else and changed the name only, they don't keep accurate records, forget statements, overcharge for goods and services, cant make decisions when needed on care equipment that's needed, always having to refer to people higher up then don't get back to you. The only positive is the carers are nice, but they don't seem to last long working there anyway. I have also heard bad reports of Salvos nursing homes where they do not respect choice or dignity.
