think the company's are so busy putting in technology stopping you from playing pirated versions, that official purchased blue ray disks causing issues too. Samsung support says it is broken and needs to be repaired, but my mate has got the exact same model, and shows exactly the same issues ! Design, plays DVD's well. Blue ray player which can't play blue ray disks, whats the point ?
