We had the same thing happen to ours, my partner fixed that by hitting it where the sound valves are, it worked for us but we are still having issues with this dud product.

Did anyone get a real long term solution to this issue, which we also have?

Just remove the small ribbons for the volume sensors. Youtube videos how to explain well or google it. Fixed mine!

like ours its probably just a lemon. ours does the opposite and turns down to zero. perfect for the good bits in a movie.

Actually it's a design flaw! Bit easy to fix......google this : samsung ht-e6750w volume problems. Easy like that. No problem!

I got the HT-E6750W theatre system and I've connected it to my Foxtel and everything but every time I turn everything off , the theatre system resets and doesn't return to hmdi1 which makes me need to use that control to put it back on hdmi1! Is there anyway of having the theatre system to just go back to hdmi1 when turned back on?

Hi Nick,

The only bit of advice that I can give is don't turn of the power from the main switch, I think that's what is re-setting it for you.

I don't turn it off from the switch. I just turn it off from the control because I got the smart tv with the smart control and it turns it off automatically.

And u can't customise it to not turn off the home theatre system

I have now idea how to fix it. If you still have it under warranty take it back and get them to fix it.

Anyone else experiencing the sound cutting out briefly? It will cut out for 1-2 secs when watching tv/dvd/USB then always comes back on. This can happen 4-5 times an hour. The sound will cut out just long enough to miss that vital sentence and is getting really annoying. I'm pretty sure it's the Samsung system because I don't get the problem on when I turn it off and use the audio from the tv. Any help would be much appreciated.

Are you using HDMI cable? could be faulty

Sarah

Hi Scott, our problem was different to yours. All I can suggest is to call the store you bought it from and find out where you can get it fixed. Hopefully you still have under warranty.

Best of luck.

Why cant I find the app "Swipe it" in ht-e6750w?

It's not compatible by the looks. You need the Samsung Smart TV
