Good – After having a few issues turning on and off (clicking, taking a while to warm up before coming on etc...) it got to a point where it would take 30mins to come on. finally died completely. In the mean time had called Samsung for repair, this took 3 weeks to get going, then told a part needed to be ordered without anyone even looking at it. This was going to take a month to come in. Spoke to someone fantastic at Samsung who arranged for a replacement series 6, which we have now. I'm happy now, it was a pain to not have a TV for a month, but Samsung have impressed me with their service in the long run here. Good TV for a year and a half, excellent picture Some backlight bleed, and then it died after a year and a half, would not turn on at all!
