7 Years and going strong. Super reliable TV – TV picture is still great after 7 years. Had a few easy repairs along the way like replacement power supply board. However the original panel is going strong and quality still great after all these years. Samsung proven reliability. Show details

Failed at 4 years – Led lenses are falling off leaving white dots the size of a 20 cent coin all over the screen. Contacted Samsung and they state it's normal wear and tear and not willing to assist repair or replace. This was already a replacement t.v. from the previous model that failed. I guess no more buying Samsung.  Show details
