Very nice colour but very laggy interface and apps – Very nice sharp colour as usual with Samsung screens, nothing to complain about Speakers are decent, feels flat and soft at times good amount of media ports which is more than enough for all my consoles and players The only bad thing is the stand is fixed, and the interface is very laggy, once TV switched on it takes about 1 min before you can actually change channel or change volume. Haven’t faced any issues with this one – Positives - very satisfied with clearing of tv - clear colour display good viewing experience - haven’t seen picture quality coming down - black colour is actually black and enhances visual experience - Brightness is too good Negatives - tv takes off much of internet speed and limits the internet band with for other devices - navigation is bit difficult as we need to type in using remote in labourious way - takes ages  Show details

All you need in a flatscreen tv – This TV looks excellent using either TV or connecting to a laptop via HDMI. The SmartTv app it comes preloaded with has some great free apps for watching movies/shows but is limited in terms of available apps when compared to TVs with Android-based OS. Sound quality with the built-in speakers is pretty good, no need for any additional sound system if you live in a small space.  Show details

Excellent quality – We bought this from Cosco in 2016 just watching the demo. .we compared it to our old LG tv and found the colour and clarity simply brilliant. ..hard to describe. It's under warranty and still performs with perfection.. The sound output ia simply magical. Love this – Thank you Samsung - Great product . This 60 inch tv covers most of the wall in our living :). We have an Sony in our bedroom . The picture quality is not as rich as a Sony but still better than any tv . Worth the $$$. Would highly recommend . The sound quality is great. The operation of apps is really easy and has a big range of apps available . We haven't had any issues yet but hopefully the service warranty is good .  Show details

3. Samsung technician came and replaced motherboard. Said sorry, new mother is dead on arrival.

4. Samsung is not fit for selling tvs. Only wash machines are good.
