Not reliable – Bought this in 2011..9 years of use but not without issues. Speakers started to make a high pitched sound. I bought a set of speakers and connected to the headphone jack, so I can continue to use the tv. Wifi stopped working. Had to use Telstra Roku box for my smart TV. Even before that apps stopped working.
Purchased in at JB Hi-Fi Retail Stores for $1,400.
Died after 7 years of use – Nice tv when it worked. One day the screen went black and it was the end of a good thing. You pay good money and after the warranty goes so does their TV’s . Trust is a must and many Samsung customers I have met say they won’t buy their TVs again. They have a known history of letting their customers down over the past decade now & their products have Not stood the test of time . Doubt I would buy their products again. And I’m not just talking about TVs either. Our Samsung washing machine has a known fault to catch fire. Go figure
